FEEL GOOD POST TIME!

I watched this clip earlier today and I was buzzing for this lad George Owen.
He got up on stage at a talent contest, asked them to put a song on,
and started dancing and singing!
A year ago he had stage fright and had to leave the stage at his school play.

Now he is Rick Rolling like a Legend!

I messaged his Dad who told me that they are going to see Rick Astley on the 7th.

Let’s see if we can share this post everywhere, and get Rick Astley to give George Owen a shout out at the concert!

Thank you all who share this out!
🙏❤️💯💥🔥

Millions of people have been signing up and sharing content on Telegram in the last hour while Instagram and Facebook were down. Interestingly, Telegram is more reliable than these services — despite spending several times less on infrastructure per user.

We also have about 1000 times (!) fewer full-time employees than Meta, but manage to launch new features and innovate faster.

Throughout 2023, Telegram was unavailable for a total of only 9 minutes out of the year’s 525,600 minutes. That’s a 99.9983% uptime 🏅

This may initially seem like a strange question, but let’s have a closer look.

When picturing a computer, we think of a glass tablet or a sleek steel laptop, but these are just fancy casings to interface with the actual powerhouse, the chip. As computing has progressed in this age, it’s been systematically…

A study on the sound architecture of cathedrals

Artist Tanya Harris (2013) went to listen to the structure of 4 cathedrals with a speaker and water, she produced 4 designs cymatic, whose designs are reminiscent of rosettes. It is amazing how such structures can silently draw these patterns.

A viewpoint is given to us at a very young age in the education system of how these structures were built and what they were used for.

The same narrative is then used for all other ancient structures around the world. That then helps mold an individual's viewpoint, logic and understanding of these structures in the world growing up.

So I just had a read up on the slit pupil eyes in animals.

Says it’s Cats, Dogs, Birds, Goats and Reptile animals.

I did read that the reason the cat has slit pupil eyes and lions do not, is because it helps smaller animals.
Which doesn’t make sense as goats are well bigger than a cat.
So are crocodiles and alligators.

I’d never even thought of why cats are only felines with slit pupil eyes before,
until I seen that vid/post on David’s channel @dwtruthwarrior

Mercury floatation system with no bearings

It is common practice for lighthouses with large Fresnel lenses to use mercury baths as a low-friction rotation mechanism.

The mercury bath consisted of a donut shaped basin in which a relatively small amount of mercury was placed. It had been discussed since the Early 1800s but wasn't put into practical use until the 1890s apparently. From what I've found, many of these lighthouses seem to be from our lost past.
