Contrary to the report, Hezbollah didn't say they will respond.
They simply informed the Lebanese government that continuous violations are illegal and they could be responded to in the future; this doesn't mean they have made the decision yet, and there was mostly a heavy emphasis on letting the Lebanese Army deal with it.
