— 🇺🇸 Today is Super Tuesday
Polls will soon close, after 15 states across America finish voting to select their preferred party nominees, for the Republicans and for the Democrats.
As of now, the Democratic party nomination is not heavily disputed and lies firmly in the hands of incumbent President Joe Biden, despite the existence of some minor and unknown alternative candidates.
For the Republican party nomination, the race is on between Donald Trump and Nikki Haley (née: Nimrata Randhawa), the only two remaining candidates. Trump has so far won the Republican nomination in every state except Washington D.C., and is expected to beat his opponent in most states by a comfortable margin tonight.
Unless Nikki Haley strongly outperforms the polling and manages to win a few states, there is no way to victory for her. As many have already stated, the only reason she could possibly justify staying in the race after today is due to Trump's legal situation, which might take him off the ballot.
Long story short, Trump is expected to win big tonight. Possibly big enough to force his opponent Nikki Haley to drop out of the race, making Donald J. Trump the presumptive Republican nominee for the 2024 Presidential election, to face off against Joe Biden later this year.
