Tendermint has finished development and is now undergoing the final code audit (https://cosmos.network/roadmap).
We have also finished working on the Minter blockchain core. There are two Testnets ahead: the first will introduce adjustments to the mempool logic, and the second will be the final one running on Tendermint v1.0. After the final Testnet has been operating stably for a few weeks, we will launch the Mainnet. 🚀

🚀 This week, the blockchain has escaped gravity and leaked away into space! Over the past few days, the network has processed more than 25 million transactions, and we have already located the weak spots and started to actively work on improvements. Despite the overload of individual elements, the blockchain has completed its tasks and continues stable operation.
We would also like to highlight the fact that such an attack would cost an intruder $500,000 in transaction fees alone. We expect to have such a load no earlier than one year after the main network’s launch; however, we are committed to running tests in order to be prepared for all scenarios.
Thank you for your support and understanding! Below is the list of changes we’ve made this past week:
• Optimized the display of transactions and blocks under the network load in Explorer and fixed a few minor bugs;
• Eliminated the problem with stuck transactions in the mempool;
• Added the display of multi-transactions in Explorer;
• Increased the maximum size of transaction data threefold;
• Resolved a few issues in iOS and Android applications.

Validators will receive test coins in the amount of BIPs requested by their pools. All participants will have the opportunity to test the distribution and delegation of coins in conditions close to those of the main network. Some other updates include:
• Adding the display of multi-transactions in Explorer
• Fixing a couple of bugs in iOS and Android apps,
• including minor issues in the Send Coins section (iOS) and Conversion section (Android)
• Resolving a problem with the incorrect nonces
• Increasing Telegram bot’s stability. With the new version of Testnet, you will not be able to use the bot, nor other applications, for requesting test coins, as we will be simulating the coin distribution through pools and the Early Access Dashboard.

We have successfully launched a new Testnet!
In the simulation of a genesis block, we have credited test coins to the pools that provided their address. At the moment, we are also working on the distribution mechanism for coins that have been purchased individually, as well as bonuses and airdrops. You will be able to request them through Early Access Dashboard at some point this week.

Minter mainnet is coming
Minter mainnet launch is directly connected to the start of the Cosmos Hub as both projects rely on a stable work of Tendermint Core. After a few years of hard work on the project development, audits, and tests, the Cosmos Hub mainnet is finally ready to launch! It is scheduled to go live on March 13, 2019, at 11:00 PM GMT.
Our team is also putting the finishing touches on launching the Minter network. We are closely following the updates from the Cosmos team and plan to start the Minter mainnet within 30 days after the Cosmos Hub has taken off. 🚀
