It’s not long, but it’s in two parts.
The first part describes an execution in the United States penal system.
The second, handling of patients in the NHS.
I judge the first to be potentially objectionable though the prisoner had committed a capital crime & due process had been exhausted.
In the second case, I believe we were listening to planning to enable ongoing mass murder.
