Weighted Squat
Stretching/Hanging
Overhead Press
Deadlift

Lifting only the bar (20kg), because I’ve never done this before. And though I’m very pregnant, I’m called to strength work before birth. Letting muscles atrophy for 40 weeks is no way to go.

Building strength should be encouraged throughout a pregnancy, so long as the woman is listening to her own limits + body feedback.

Maybe I’m messing it all up, maybe I’ll get a signal that says stop, maybe the game plan will change in 3rd trimester, but for now I can’t ignore my intuition. My muscles need the challenge, my posture needs muscular support.

So far, so good. Just stepping gracefully, and I have a good coach, who’s looking out for baby. 🥰 #25weeks
