For the early months of the pandemic I was located in northern Ontario near a bunch of epic forests. Personally, I’m finding that time spent with Sports Psychology, Athletic Podcasts, and BioMechanics/Fitness Teachers is the #1 thing reframing the entire Covid Event for me. They never waste time focused on “perceived evil”. Opponents are always welcome, they never play the Victim. They focus on tuning the body, developing mental discipline and making gains. They don’t spend any focus on Bill Gates. They starve him out. Keep breathing, keep things moving. Much love.
