💢 Ukraine's counteroffensive has been in preparation for about five months, US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said. 😂

“Ukraine will both win and prosper. This is what we are currently working on in Washington. While you are planning a counteroffensive, which we have been working on together for 4-5 months, we are starting to discuss with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities, with our friends in Kiev, with the civil and military future of Ukraine," she said.

The Deputy Secretary of State added that the United States is now helping Ukraine build security and military strength in such a way that they are a sufficient deterrent for Russia so that it cannot start another war in the future.
