Time for another Q update! (09-Mar-2020)

Changelog

- Added missing media effects library
- Added logging mechanism in addon.d noscripts (will be generated in /sdcard/NikGapps/addonLogs)
- Made the debloater more stable with additional conditions (to avoid bootloop)
- Added Pixel Setup Wizard and it's overlays
- Added Pixel Tips
- Updated Chrome to v80
- Updated Calendar sync adapter to match android P+
- Updated Lawnchair to latest version available
- Kept Aosp Dialer! (use debloater to remove it if you want, by default it will be present)
- Latest Playstore Updates (9th March 2020)
- Updated the addons to latest version

Note:
- I've tested dirty flashing numerous times, it works for me. You don't need to flash gapps after dirty flash. If you face any issues, fetch the logs from /sdcard/NikGapps/addonLogs folder.
- YouTube vanced is still the older working version. I will make an addon for new version shortly.

Going forward pie builds will only come as maintenance release which means we will only release a new build when
-> current build (22nd March 2020) stops working.
-> there is a significant feature added in Q which needs back porting.
-> there is an issue with current build which needs fixing.

Hey Guys,

It has been a while since we had our last Q update. It's amazing that we haven't had any complaints/bugs since the last update and the build is working smoothly.

The work was never stopped, the project has been rebuilt from scratch considering a lot of opportunities in mind, the team has been working really hard to improve the quality of the project in every aspect.

The announcement of the changes will follow soon, stay tuned for more updates!

Needless to say but if you're facing any issues that I'm unaware of or have a request, let me know soon so the changes could be included in next release.

Meanwhile, if you are keen to try unreleased build, join @NikGappsGroup. Of course the build comes with several changes.

Note:
- This is a stable build, YouTube vanced version update and apex mounting will come up in next experimental release.
- Lawnchair recents provider works only on two buttons navigation bar and gesture navigation so make sure you're not using 3 button navigation bar

- Separated LawnchairRecentsProvider from Lawnchair (use nikgapps.config to include)

Note:
- Clean Flash Needed!
- Flash only if you want to try beta/experimental features!
- nikgapps.config is updated with all the apps and will always be updated automatically in future if there are any new packages added
- LawnchairRecentsProvider is set to 0 by default, meaning if you want Recents provider to be part of installation, update nikgapps.config and set the value to 1 before flashing the zip.
- Since nikgapps.config is updated, I'd advise you to delete existing config file so the zip copies a fresh new file for you.
- existing config file will still be applicable and installation will be according to that
- Overriding existing gapps will allow you to install NikGapps on top of rom with existing gapps or other gapps packages (its WIP, will be better with every release)
- Please Please Please don't ask about updating youtube vanced or addons. That's trivial for now since existing version is seamlessly working, doesn't mean I won't ever update it, just adding important features to NikGapps is on priority for me.
