Golfers at Old Toccoa Farm Golf Course saw their tee times pushed back Thursday morning after hundreds of bald eagles descended onto one of the greens, covering the fairway like a feathery blockade.
Staff say they temporarily paused play “out of respect for the national bird,” and the eagles eventually lifted off together, clearing the hole in a single sweeping flight. 🦅
