Philly has a server with every traffic camera and every wifi security camera that users willingly gave police the api token to their database. It's the safecam program. Every block and every corner is on camera. Every house with a ring doorbell that has the token sent to police. They can follow folks with these cameras. Some buildings have ptz cameras installed and police can move them to follow you while you are going around the city. That is why bloc and other security culture is important to learn. Thanks PPB! We know about them. Wire is great but hasn't been as adopted yet by folks here like it has been in other cities. I would love to see the transition from signal to wire because of it's higher security function. Signal has a lot of drawbacks since big group chats basically doxx everyone in them who is using their real phone number, which you shouldn't do, but people do anyway.
