New high score today. 143kwh produced. Previous high production was typically 105kwh in June. At my electric rate that’s about $16 of electric on good days. We’ll see how much more we can make as the days get longer.

Compency Crisis: a container ship hit the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore and collapsed the entire structure.

Just a reminder for people who use portable generators. You have to change the oil every 50-100 hours of operation. If, in an emergency, you run the generator 8 hours a day, that's once a week.

If you got a solar inverter, a battery from signature solar and NO solar panels, you could run the generator only as long as necessary to fully charge the battery and then run silent and avoid wear and tear on your genny.
