The ruling holds that the Executive branch cannot set regulations, only the legislature. That's the nutshell.

While I do agree with the Remain In Mexico policy inacted by President Trump, I also have no problem with SCOTUS' ruling to allow it to be lifted because ruling for it ties one executive branch down to the actions of the previous. I'm a strict constitutionalists and I believe the issue should be addressed with legislation... and also the correction of the fraudulent election that got us in this mess 😔
