I have been informed that it is known as the HAARP machine and it is an American military base in Australian soil put on our land around the time our prime minister Harold Holt went missing. He was working to stop its construction. The HAARP machine is said to be the tool they use to control the weather. They use vapourized metals in the chemtrails which is creating a layer between us and the sun so we absorb less of it’s light.
