A disgraceful article published two days ago in the BMJ. Yuxi Wang, John Bye, Karam Bales et al appeal to shut down all opposing voices to Government health policy, including in the Covid-19 Public Inquiry.

"During the covid-19 pandemic, several groups have been active in opposing evidence based public health measures."

"A rapid rise in misinformation and disinformation in digital and physical environments over a short period is called an infodemic"

"Active management of infodemics must form part of a comprehensive pandemic response"

"Further investigations into the social and public health effects of misinformation groups are needed to inform policy."

"The covid-19 inquiry team has now reported on the consultation about its terms of reference. Those analysing the responses found that 15% of submissions were “campaigns and duplicates.” This raises the question of what a campaign is. When different groups submit versions of the same text, the connection is obvious. But other links are less obvious: for example, the BBC reports that UsForThem, which has attracted high level support from politicians in its campaign against restrictions in schools, has links with the Health Advisory and Recovery Team (HART), which in turn has worked on a campaign against children being vaccinated against covid-19. HART, meanwhile, shares members with groups that have opposed vaccination, such as the UK Medical Freedom Alliance and the Children’s Health Defence.”

Why should we pay cash everywhere with banknotes instead of a card?

- I have a £50 banknote in my pocket. I go to a restaurant and paying for dinner with it. The restaurant owner then uses the note to pay for the laundry. The laundry owner then uses the note to pay the barber. The barber will then use the note for shopping. After an unlimited number of payments, it will still remain a £50, which has fulfilled its purpose to everyone who used it for payment and the bank has jumped dry from every cash payment transaction made..

- But if I come to a restaurant and pay for dinner digitally - Card bank fees for my payment transaction charged to the seller are 3%, so around £1.50 and so the fee will be £1.50 for each further payment transaction or owner re laundry or payments of the owner of the laundry shop, or payments of the barber etc..... Therefore, after 30 transactions, the initial £50 will remain only £5 and the remaining £45 became the property of the bank thanks to all digital transactions and fees.

PS: it’s now 4 months since I used my card and I love it. More human interactions, more questions, more conversations about why cash needs to be everyone’s priority. No one needs to know where I shop, how much I spend and what I buy 🤷🏻‍♀️. I am not okay with a digital currency - no way 🚫

"I would not rely 'on all our enemies fall over' as a strategy—it doesn't work," explained former Pfizer scientist Dr Mike Yeadon on Monday, November 21. "That's probably not a smart move."

"These are clever people, and I bet they've thought of three or four fall back options."

Speaking at WCH General Assembly Meeting #66, Dr Yeadon said that "no one is coming to save us" and shared what he thinks we can do about it.

He has more than 30 years of experience leading new medicine research in the pharmaceutical industry.

UKMFA Open Letter to Dr Kamran Abbasi, BMJ Editor in Chief, re Published Article Smearing UKMFA

UKMFA have sent an open letter of complaint to the BMJ Editor in Chief regarding the article linked below, which contains insinuations and unsubstantiated and unreferenced allegations concerning our organisation, and which appears to seek to undermine our contribution to a critical debate of national importance.

We evidence that the approach of the authors borders on the defamatory, is manifestly unscientific, and falls short of the editorial standards that the BMJ professes to uphold. We were also disappointed not to have been offered the customary “right to reply” by the BMJ before the article was published. We have requested an immediate retraction of the article and a published apology from the authors.

In a recent interview with German TV public broadcaster MDR, senior editor at the British Medical Journal Dr. Peter Doshi expressed that that “Our legacy media has not done a good job in providing balanced coverage about the vaccines."

"The trials were never designed to study infection. That's the most important point. And that limitation was noted. In black and white, it's written up in the FDA's reports from December 2020."
