You're naming.
And that's different.
Blame keeps you stuck in the past.
Naming helps you understand what shaped you.
You're allowed to say,
"This hurt me."
Even if they were trying.
Even if they meant well.
And once you can name it,
you become responsible for what you do with it.
Not for what happened,
but for the life you build form here.
