Interchain Foundation awards Persistence One a grant to develop Interchain Standards (ICS) for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Metadata.
Persistence One has been an active contributor to the Cosmos Ecosystem and with strong expertise in building inter-chain operable technologies. This grant is a validation of the technical capabilities of the Persistence One team, and we are setting a new precedent in the interoperability space with superior NFT definitions.
In the past, our team implemented the first Interchain Native NFT transfer, which enabled us to bring real-world assets on the chain and power Institutional Decentralised Finance.
Over the coming months, the Persistence One team will be working closely with the Internchain Foundation and ixo to identify the NFT and Metadata use-cases to design Interchain Standards.

HackAtom India is already one of the largest Blockchain/Crypto hackathons of 2020 in India, and is bringing together hundreds of developers to build interoperable and scalable projects.
As we enter into the final phase of the hackathon, we will be seeing more and more activity from the developers. We are really excited to see new trend-setting dapps coming out of this hackathon.

HackAtom India deadline has been extended to October 11th: More time to build the Cosmos! 🛠🪐
HackAtom India is in full swing. 1,000+ talented devs from across India have joined forces to kick-start the Indian Cosmos ecosystem whilst competing for $10,000 in prizes.
The hackers are BUIDLing DeFi projects, interoperable applications, and developer tools using Cosmos’ technology stack and modules. The talent on display so far has been incredible!
We’ve decided to extend the deadline of HackAtom India to October 11th, to allow the developers to finish perfecting their awesome solutions. Upon the deadline, the unenviable task of deciding the winners falls to the following judges:
• Billy Rennekamp — Grants Manager, Interchain Foundation
• Sahith Narahari — Software Engineer, Tendermint
• Deepanshu Tripathi — CTO, Persistence
• Josh Lee — Developer Relations, Tendermint

Tendermint to Delegate 595,000 ATOMs to Persistence’s AUDIT.one Validator to Strengthen the Cosmos Ecosystem! 🦾
We are thrilled to announce that Tendermint has decided to delegate 595,000 ATOMs to AUDIT.one, Persistence’s staking infrastructure arm! This is the largest number of tokens being delegated by Tendermint to their selected validators.
Tendermint's decision making took into consideration, among other factors, each validator team’s contributions to the Cosmos ecosystem and the calibre of each team/project in question.
It’s an honor to be identified by Tendermint as one of the premier contributors to the Cosmos network!
