Es rentable actualmente ?? El departamento que compraron mis padres costo 20-30k, actualmente tranquilamente está valorizado en 85-90k.. Vale la pena apostar hacia eso en el futuro? Digamos en el 2027 un departamento de 70k en san Miguel lo podría vender a más?? Cuanto más y en cuanto tiempo?

Soy el malo por aver empujado a mi padrastro?
no dare macha informacion pero aver soy hombre 13 años aver para esta historia yo sere adrian aver paraque se den una idea de como es mi padrastro es alto y musculoso comenzemos ante todo mi padrastro acostumbra a llamarme gorda o negra o esclavo varias veces le e dicho que pare pero nunca hace caso tampoco ayuda que mi mama no me haga caso y lo defiende aver vamos a la historia esta historia comenzo hoy íbamos a salir de compras claro como siempre a mi me dijieron a lo ultimo fui a buscar mis zapatillas y dijamos que es un espacio chiquito donde estan mis zapatillas entonces le dije a mi padrastro si se puede poner mas alla (casi siempre le dijo permiso esa vez se me ol vido) y lo que mi padrastro iso fue darme un golpe a lo que yo lo empuje y el me comenzo a dar mas golpes asta que vino mi mama yo le explique todo pero al final mi mama lo unico que iso fue desirme que arruine todo por eso es este historia para saber si soy el malo

How's life like in Lima in 2023?
Hey there, Reddit pals! I'm a 26-year-old from Wales, living life with my Ecuadorian wife and our cheeky twin daughters (3 years old) and a little lad (6 months old).
I work online, pulling in around 70k a year, and the missus isn't far behind with 50k. We're thinking of making a big move to Latin America or Africa and have narrowed it down to a few options but I want to talk about Lima specifically here
I have a list of criteria:
Nature, Parks, Forests, Mountains: We're nature lovers at heart. Give us greenery, parks, forests, and mountains any day, and we'll be in our element (most of those cities have nature hence why I chose them)
Green Spaces Over Crowded Cities: Cities that feel like a sardine can? Not for me. I crave open spaces and dislike feeling cramped, so no thanks to Cairo or Mumbai vibes.
Safety: Safety first, always. We want to avoid cities on a downward spiral. It's not just about now; it's about what's coming in the years ahead.
Country's Future: Looking for a place that's on the upswing with new projects, economic growth, and a promising future.
Weather: I'm not built for hot, humid weather. Anything consistently above 28 degrees for months on end is a solid no from me.
The housing front's looking decent – sold the family homestead in Wales for a cool 700k pounds (about 880k in American dollars). Now, we're eyeing a house in the 300-600k range. I don't mind a good drive, so that's not a deal-breaker.

Situación de robo
Supongamos que estás en un paradero poco transitado o algún lugar con muy poca/cero gente. Un pata agarra y te dice: compare una monedita/ tienes hora causa?, Etc. Por qué a los hombres les gustan las flakas tóxicas o las que los harán cachudos?
Lo mismo con las mujeres, supongo que es cuestión de físico xd o dinero o sexo pero me impresiona que los hombres se guíen mucho más de cosas físicas que de otra cosa, las mujeres ven tb que las traten bien o les sirvan para más cosas que sexo 😂
