We're thrilled to share our new drug discovery article, "Novel Efficient Multistage Lead Optimization Pipeline Experimentally Validated for DYRK1B Selective Inhibitors" published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry.
Using our in silico drug design approach and technologies, we have been able to identify potent and selective anti-cancer lead compounds, and our results were experimentally verified in the lab.
We have been able to shorten the lead optimization effort by 300% and reduce the number of compounds to be tested by 70%.
Kudos to Quantori’s CSO Yuriy Gankin, Life Science Consultant Omar Kantidze, Senior Scientific Researcher Nika Tsutskiridze, Lead QA Engineer Daviti Kharchilava to all other authors.
