5 effective ways to go back to work after a vacation!
Have you ever felt like you need another vacation after a recent one? You are not alone) We’ve collected some effective techniques to help you get back on track:
1. Let yourself start slowly. Don’t force yourself diving into work immediately. Give yourself some time to adapt and reconnect.
2. Prioritize your tasks and set realistic goals. Create a to-do list for your working days – form a list of your tasks based on priority and ignore the urge to tackle them all at once.
3. Keep a healthy work-life balance. Personal boundaries will make you a productive worker and a happy person overall.
4. Take breaks during the day. Be kind to yourself, and remember to take five-minute breaks every hour to relax and reset.
5. Reconnect with the team. Find some time to exchange impressions and discuss past holidays with your colleagues.

Knowledge of languages is the doorway to wisdom. You may agree or disagree with the statement of Roger Bacon. Still, it’s evident that learning a new language develops our brain, makes us open-minded, and unlocks new career opportunities.
Here are some self-teaching tips from our colleague Oksana, Data Engineer who is interested in learning languages independently.
1. Try not to think by categories of your native English: different languages – different systems. Instead, catch the difference and adapt your brain to function in an unusual way.
2. Language is a skill: like any skill, it can be trained by practice and regular repetitions: short daily sessions are more effective than long and intense but irregular lessons.
3. Use a communicative approach – incorporate your personal experiences into the language learning environment. Try to get involved in real communication from the first steps.
