At Quantori, we have a fantastic monthly tradition known as Grand Round meetings.

During these meetups, team leads present their projects to keep the entire company informed about ongoing initiatives and gain insights into the best practices employed by different teams. We have successfully hosted eight sessions, during which our coworkers showcased their project achievements.

We took the idea from the hospital Grand Rounds practice when interesting or difficult medical cases are discussed in part or in full for the benefit of the entire hospital staff.

We believe such tradition is a great tool to foster a culture of transparency, cross-functional learning, keeping motivation, and knowledge-sharing across the company.

Happy Friday!

Wishing you a wonderful end to the day and an inspiring weekend ahead!

Thanks to our colleague Anastasia for sharing the happy story and adorable photos of her dogs, Julia and Alya, taking a rest after a long walk🥰

This beautiful white dog was rescued from an animal shelter and joined Anastasia's family. She lived with Anastasia and her dog Julia to adjust to a new life and learn to communicate during three months. Eventually, Alya found her forever home with a loving family❤️

The starry sky is closer when you're in Quantori!

This is the Trifid Nebula, also known as Messier 20. This Nebula has two parts: a prominent hydrogen-alpha (red) section and a reflection portion that's got oxygen 3 (the blue section).

This image was created from 27, 120s light frames and combined using an app called PixInsight.

Many thanks to Steven Labkoff, our Global Head of Healthcare and Clinical Informatics, for this unique photo.

This Friday we invite you to admire a breathtaking photo by Steven Labkoff, Global Head of Healthcare and Clinical Informatics of Quantori.

The picture shows the Star Trail facing north at the Westport Astronomical Society in Westport, Connecticut. The photo captures approximately 90 minutes of exposure.

The trails are formed because the Earth is rotating on its axis, giving the illusion that the stars are in motion. The linear lines in the image represent international flights, going from JFK to Europe.

Steven mentions that every time he shoots Star Trails from Westport, he captures a very "busy" sky. The stars appear to rotate around Polaris, the North Star, which is the dot in the center of the concentric circles in this image.

Take a moment to admire the beauty of the starry sky this weekend!

There were 6 alumni in total who spent 1.5 years in the corporate kindergarten. We want to wish them success in their new studies, new exciting discoveries, and remarkable achievements!

Quantori Kindergarten has existed in Armenia since we opened the office here. It is situated in a cozy setting complete with a private yard for strolls, four well-balanced homemade meals, and various educational and entertainment activities. We are pleased that we were able to launch Quantori Kindergarten that provides a full-time environment for our employees' children.

Unconventional Vacation: Volunteering in Rwanda’s Heart.

Margarita Moiseeva, our Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, spent her summer vacation in Rwanda, far from the commonly beaten tourist paths.
Margarita joined the Kinder und Jugendhilfe Ruanda program and spent two weeks in Africa.

“I met shining, smiling, and kind children living in conditions we can hardly imagine: no water at home, no electricity, and few schools. During the project, my friends and I helped carry food packages, organize school materials for the new baby class, which started its educational journey this autumn, write letters with children, and provide the clothes we collected from other people at home.”

Spending almost all of her free time working as a volunteer, Margarita tried to make time to discover Africa as well. She managed to take several trips around the country.
