This month little Quantorians were the first ones to graduate from Quantori Kindergarten in Armenia!
There were 6 alumni in total who spent 1.5 years in the corporate kindergarten. We want to wish them success in their new studies, new exciting discoveries, and remarkable achievements!
Quantori Kindergarten has existed in Armenia since we opened the office here. It is situated in a cozy setting complete with a private yard for strolls, four well-balanced homemade meals, and various educational and entertainment activities. We are pleased that we were able to launch Quantori Kindergarten that provides a full-time environment for our employees' children.

Just last week, the "From Manager to Leader: Cultivating a Career Mindset in IT" meetup was successfully held in Astana. During the event, participants gained insights into the distinctions between a manager and a leader. They also discovered the crucial qualities necessary for being a productive and inspiring leader.

Unconventional Vacation: Volunteering in Rwanda’s Heart.
Margarita Moiseeva, our Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, spent her summer vacation in Rwanda, far from the commonly beaten tourist paths.
Margarita joined the Kinder und Jugendhilfe Ruanda program and spent two weeks in Africa.
“I met shining, smiling, and kind children living in conditions we can hardly imagine: no water at home, no electricity, and few schools. During the project, my friends and I helped carry food packages, organize school materials for the new baby class, which started its educational journey this autumn, write letters with children, and provide the clothes we collected from other people at home.”
Spending almost all of her free time working as a volunteer, Margarita tried to make time to discover Africa as well. She managed to take several trips around the country.

Across three countries. Quantori Senior Executives visited our major development centers in Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.
This month Quantori Leadership team traveled to our biggest office locations to meet with Quantorians and representatives of local organisations.
• In Yerevan, Richard Golob and Arun Nayar attended the FAST (Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology) session on Generate AI.
• As part of the visit to Tbilisi, Richard Golob had a business meeting with the executives of AmCham, American Chambers of Commerce in Georgia.
• Quantori executives also visited Astana Hub to meet the leadership of Central Asia's largest international technology park of IT start-ups.
The trip also included project meetings and an enjoyable occasion - celebrating the company's anniversary.

Meet Anna Ivanova, Senior Bioinformatician & Big Data Engineer, a blogger, science popularizer, and author of a science-fiction book. Though she says, she is a scientist.
“I consider myself a scientist because I believe that being a scientist entails more than just working in a laboratory and conducting research. To me, being a scientist involves a combination of various skills and specialties. It includes conducting research, educating others, and even handling some business tasks. It's about problem analysis, information search, source evaluation, and decision-making.”
Anna's childhood science dream was stymied by discouraging teachers. She turned to math and physics due to limited resources. She pursued math and programming, specializing in security.
Her data science passion grew before it was mainstream. Despite limited resources, she transitioned from sys admin to data scientist. She created a blog clarifying concepts engaging readers.
Teaching briefly, Anna found gaps in tech education. She visited schools as a guest lecturer, spreading knowledge. Her blog's impact reinforced this mission. Anna's varied skills complement her role at Quantori, bridging science and tech.
Quantori provided Anna's desired life sciences path. With a master's in informatics, she struggled to find relevant work. Her journey shifted with Quantori, where her broad interests thrived.
