It was quickly adopted by the military in the early 1900s as a way of locating aircraft.

There's no such thing as "public schools".
They are government "schools". Government indoctrination centers, full stop.

Even blacks can become wizards at calculating fractions if there's drug money (i.e. obvious profit) to be had. The absolute lack of any tangible or valuable education in government indoctrination victims ("students") isn't a bug, it's a feature designed to perpetuate the false belief that most people are stupid, when whats really going on is kids are instinctively going into mental "safe-mode" to avoid giving up on life by 3rd grade.

The bad news is obvious and endlessly repeated, but the good news is that the raw material and hunger for world-wide miracles have never been higher. Unleashing these kids from the cognito-spiritual "safe-mode" is the way, but it will be chaotic. Have faith and stay strong and we can change everything within a decade.
