Intense confrontations broke out in Ni'lin near #Ramallah. Resisting youth also set tires on fire to impede the IOF.

Occupation forces violently raided the home of heroic martyr Moataz Al-Khawaja, who carried out a shooting operation in the settlement of "Tel Aviv" this March, and kidnapped Moataz's father, Hamas leader Sheikh Saleh Al-Khawaja. A fire broke out near the home due to the IOF's use of tear gas.
🟡 Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in a speech at the meeting of Fatah's Revolutionary Council:

I praise the peaceful popular resistance and confirm that it achieves its intended goals, but it needs concerted efforts to reveal the true face of the occupation to the world.

We will not allow the passage of occupation plans aimed at perpetuating and sustaining it through annexation, racial expansion schemes, applying an apartheid system, or dragging conditions into the square of violence and escalation to escape its obligations.

There is a plan set to strengthen our internal front by giving opportunities to inject new blood to take their role in the path of construction and development.

I emphasize the importance of holding a conference of the General Secretaries of the Palestinian factions in the Arab Republic of Egypt as a serious and important plan on the path to achieving the unity of our people and our land in the face of serious challenges that Palestine and the whole world are going through.

Note: In addition to firing nearly all of Palestine's governors, Mahmoud Abbas fired 35 international ambassadors for Palestine, or 1/3 of all ambassadors. The Egypt meeting Abbas referenced was boycotted by several factions, most notably PIJ, due to escalating PA arrests of resistance fighters and leadership. Abbas called for a follow-up committee to continue this dialogue.

Today, Bashar Obeidi marries his fiancée Islam Alyan, after a challenging nine-year-long wait marked by Bashar's imprisonment by the zionist entity. Despite hardship, separation, and IOF aggressions on Bashar's family, their commitment never faltered.

Islam's statement in an interview a year ago reverberates with new signficance today: "Not just years...If it was a million years, I would wait for him. With the same love and honor until the day I can see him."

Bashar was freed from Naqab prison in July, when he and Islam had their first, but short-lived embrace before Bashar was ambushed again by zionist forces. Yet, their love triumphed and stands as a testament to the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and our cause.

This story of love, steadfastness, and resistance against the odds is not uncommon in Palestine. It is reminiscent of the extraordinary stories of resistance and love of the Palestinian people, the odds-defying and liberatory feats in the face of adversity, such as the dozens of children born via sperm smuggled out of zionist prisons, like Milad Daqqah. Bashar and Islam's union, as they embody a collective narrative of defiance and love, is a story emblematic of the greater struggle for Palestinian liberation itself.
🚨 Occupation forces are assaulting the worshippers coming to pray at Al-Aqsa Mosque at the Asbat Gate, one of the Mosque's entrances. Three injuries have been reported, including an elderly woman.

The IOF fired stun grenades and rubber bullets at the worshippers.

Confrontations broke out following the cowardly assault, and a zionist police officer has been injured after being hit with a stone in the head.
The number of injuries in the IOF attack on the worshipers at Al-Asbat Gate has risen to eight, including one elderly woman who was hit in the leg after the IOF fired a stun grenade. One Palestinian has been detained.

According to eyewitnesses, live ammunition was also fired by the zionist forces.

Despite the attack, thousands of steadfast Palestinian worshippers prayed the Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque, refusing to be intimidated.

The IOF admitted that three of its soldiers were injured during the confrontations that took place.
