🔴 The Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine gave an interview today for Al-Mayadeen following his meeting with the heads of Hamas and PIJ in Beirut. Highlights below:
—
All support, backing, and salutations to the resistance fighters on the fields across Palestinian lands.
The meeting held today between the leaders of Hamas, Jihad, and the Popular Front came at a crucial time, as the occupation government seeks to continue settlements and violations against Palestinian sanctities.
The occupied West Bank is the main axis and battlefield against the zionist enemy.
Escalating resistance and the decision taken by core forces to escalate it against zionist criminality is extremely important, and we are with escalating resistance as we are in confrontation with the enemy that occupies our land.
It is necessary to enhance field unity and explore forming an umbrella and reference for all resistance fighters regardless of affiliation. Field unity and doubling strength elements is a strategic task for the Popular Front.
We have no choice but to escalate the resistance, as a core pillar to harm the arrogant enemy, who feeds on the blood of our Palestinian people.
The options of negotiations and settlements have been tried a lot, and brought nothing to our people but more disappointments and collapses.
The choice of resistance and field and national unity, which strengthens the Palestinian people on their land, is the way to our victory over the zionist enemy.
The PLO is a Palestinian framework we adhere to as the sole representative of the Palestinian people, but it needs to be rebuilt. The decisions issued by the PLO remained ink on paper without ways to implement them.
The policy of the occupation and its distribution of illusions to settlers cannot pass, whether on the Palestinian people, or the Arab and Islamic nations, and we consider it playing with fire.
The Palestinian presence in the camps of Lebanon and the diaspora is a source of annoyance to the enemy and those behind him. There are attempts to liquidate the issue of Palestinian refugees, as the camps in Lebanon and Syria represent a symbol of the refugee issue.
Ain Al-Hilweh camp represents the capital of the diaspora camps, and targeting this camp is not a coincidence, but there is a real plan targeting it. Lebanon is not far from the conspiracy plotted against Palestine; as long as there is resistance, conspiracies, and plans will not stop trying to end it.
The occupation's attempts to quash the Palestinian resistance will not cease. It believes that its incursions and arrests can weaken the resistance, but it is clear that resistance is regenerating, with hundreds of young people joining. The martyrs and the blood shed are igniting it.
Heroic operations are increasing, constantly renewing, and they cause confusion for the zionist enemy.
We saw large numbers of occupation forces storming Jenin and other cities, but the occupation was surprised by the quality of bombs that induced fear in it and changed its calculations.
The qualitative development of the resistance in the West Bank adds new elements to it; the resistance grows and expands day by day, possessing quality weapons capable of inflicting losses on the enemy.
Our battle with the enemy is long and requires accumulation, development, and gathering strength from all resistance fighters to achieve victory over the enemy. The resistance has made an irreversible strategic decision; it will not stop, and it is moving towards continuous development, searching for capabilities to harm the enemy.
Palestinians should not comply with any attempts at normalization in exchange for certain bribes or specific privileges.
If some believe that complying and making agreements with the enemy can protect their thrones, we say that Arab peoples will not accept this cancerous body in their region.

🟡 Today, the Balata Brigade - Youth of Revenge and Liberation announced in a statement the arrest of a traitor. He is the second identified traitor in Nablus this year, after the Lions' Den executed a collaborator who worked with the IOF to assassinate resistance leaders in April.
They explain that after the security services of the Brigade interrogated him, the traitor admitted to "the most disgraceful crime," selling Palestinian land to dozens of settlers. The crime was confirmed by the relevant parties: "Without a doubt, he carried out a number of monetary transactions of real estate and lands to murderous settlers." The transactions totaled to $16 million. "He sold the soil of the homeland for money."
"These groups are misguided, and outside the norms, customs, and religion of our people. We demand the maximum degree of punishment and accountability for this despicable traitor in light of the bloodshed of our people.
"This lost and traitorous group still contributes to the politics of settlement and its legitimization in various forms. We call for the most severe and maximum punishment for this collaborator and all those who helped him and facilitated these transactions."
"Our Brigade promises our people to remain the watchful eye over the security and safety of our people, constantly embracing the choice of resistance in our struggle against this criminal enemy."
Shame and disgrace to all traitors, normalizers, agents, and infiltrators!

Palestinian youth target the occupation forces with Molotov cocktails in Al-Tur, #AlQuds.
The first time that PA Forces opened fire on the zionist enemy—the mini intifada:
Today in 1996, the Tunnel Uprising erupted. In six days, 63 martyrs ascended and 1,600 were injured across Palestine. The spark that ignited this "mini intifada" was the zionist occupation's opening of a tunnel under Al-Aqsa Mosque to gain access to the holy site. These tunnels passed through the Muslim Quarter and lie directly under the Dome of the Rock. By demolishing a fake wall with a sledgehammer, zionist officials had consummated the opening of the tunnel, igniting protests across the homeland.
For the first time, and off the tails of the stones of the first intifada, broad armed confrontations broke out, specifically with PA Security Forces. Two years post-Oslo, the PA Forces were on the battlefield by order of Yasser Arafat.
16 IOF soldiers were killed, and hundreds of settlers were wounded. During the uprising, 450 IOF soldiers were besieged by the resistance in Yousef's Tomb in Nablus, eventually forced to withdraw by Palestinian determination. The events were in reality a microcosm of the Second Intifada, sparked by a similar desecration of Al-Aqsa; the intifada exploded almost exactly four years later. Both included a large number of armed operations, the participation of PA Forces, and large losses to the zionist entity, with Al-Aqsa central in both.
Zionist leaders were surprised by the uprising, not expecting Palestinians to so fiercely defend their sanctities. By zionist admission, it was a shock to their political, security, and military echelons, especially given that it was preceded by the traitorous Oslo and Wadi Araba agreements. It elevated the consciousness of the Palestinian people, reaffirming that Al-Quds is always central to the struggle.
Today, zionists no longer need a tunnel to reach Al-Aqsa. Complacent and complicit Palestinian Authority leaders and Jordanian collaborators allow open entry to zionist extremists with the oversight of the zionist entity, who has besieged occupied Al-Quds.
