For the second time in 48 hours, zionist forces stormed and vandalized Bab Al-Rahma Mosque of Al-Aqsa in #AlQuds, severing its electrical lines and confiscating content. This is part of a systemic attack on the mosque to exclude it from Al-Aqsa.

The War of the Tunnels—The First Tunnel Operation:
22 years ago, in the midst of the second intifada, the ingenuity of the Al-Qassam Brigades came to the fore, utilizing their sprawling tunnel network to carry out the first operation of its kind.
A tunnel packed with explosives was set of at the IOF's fortified "Tarmid" site in Rafah, southern Gaza, where enemy soldiers typically cowered behind its walls out of fear of the strikes of the resistance.
Determined Al-Qassam fighters spent weeks digging a 150-meter-long secret tunnel in order to reach the site. On one occasion, fate had them clashing with IOF soldiers, but their concealed tunnel was not discovered. At long last, they had reached the site, planting a large amount of explosives directly below the fortress.
The ensuing explosion reverberated through the grounds, killing five soldiers and wounding 30, destroying the security of the entity and paving the path for their withdrawal from Gaza. The meticulous operation was orchestrated by the martyred leaders Mohammed Abu Shamala, Raed Al-Attar, Aed Al-Bashiti, and Ashraf Al-Mu'asher.
22 years ago and now, the tunnels—or rather, the veins—of the resistance remain a nightmare for the enemy. Despite efforts to eliminate the tunnels, they continue to appear, whether in Jenin Camp in 2023, the Freedom Tunnel out of "Gilboa" prison in 2021, or by the fighters who heroically stormed "Nahal Oz" in 2014.

On the 24th anniversary of the inception of the Resistance Committees in Palestine and its military arm, the Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades:
The defeat of the zionist enemy will only come through resistance and comprehensive popular warfare. Today, our people are closer than ever to achieving victory, liberation, and return.
Glory and salute to the men who were shields for this land in the fields of jihad and resistance. Their determination never wavered, and their hands were always on the trigger. The enemies bear witness to their glory, marked by heroic acts and sacrifices. Peace be upon the founding martyrs, leaders Jamal Abu Samhadana, Abu Yusuf Al-Qoqa, Kamal Al-Nairab, Zuhair Al-Qaisi, and Imad Hammad.
We emphasize the unity of purpose and common ground based on the choice of resistance and confrontation against the occupier, with all the resistance factions and military wings. We will continue to strengthen unity of stance, word, and maintain a solid alliance towards our shared goal of liberating Palestine from the river to the sea.
Al-Quds, with its crown, Al-Aqsa Mosque, will remain the meeting point of our nation and the symbol of our future towards the liberation of all Palestine. We will not relinquish it; our souls, blood, spirits, and aspirations are devoted to it, and for its sake, we will engage in every battle.
We affirm that suspicious normalization deals will collapse just as all the conspiracies plotted to undermine our cause throughout the history of the conflict with the zionist enemy have fallen.
Salutations to our revolutionary youth in Gaza, the West Bank, and Al-Quds, and to all the brave resistance fighters who write the most heroic epics and rewrite history with the ink of blood, gunpowder, and shrapnel, reaffirming that we are preparing ourselves for the inevitable victory over the zionist enemy.

🟢 Hamas on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the second intifada (1/2):

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
On the 23rd anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Intifada: Our compass will remain directed towards the liberation of the land and the sanctities, and we call on our nation to support the struggle of our people and their steadfastness until liberation and return.
Today marks twenty-three years since the second intifada, ignited by the masses of our Palestinian people against the zionist occupation, in victory and defense of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, when the zionist criminal Sharon stormed and desecrated it. This blessed intifada has entrenched itself in the journey, awareness, and memory of the generations of our struggling people as a pivotal point in the struggle with the zionist enemy, laying the foundation for national victories and achievements, and restoring the luster, importance, and presence of our just national cause, in Arabness, Islam, and internationally, after vehement attempts to obscure, erase and liquidate it through ill-fated agreements and futile negotiations. This intifada renews the covenant of loyalty to the blood of the martyrs and the sacrifices of the prisoners, affirming that our people will not relinquish an inch of its soil, or an inch of its sanctity and Al-Aqsa, and that the zionist war machine will be crushed no matter its strength, and that the enemy's plans and its successive fascist governments will fail no matter the extent of their dreams, in the face of the determination of our stationed people and the heroism of our brave resistance.
The twenty-third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Intifada comes, and our Palestinian people in all the national arenas and abroad are fighting the battle to defend their land, thawabet, identity, and sanctities, in the Gaza Strip, and throughout the West Bank, in the city of Al-Quds, in the occupied interior, and in the refugee camps and the diaspora, in witnessed national unity, and deep insistence on adhering to rights and thawabet, and a tight bonding with the comprehensive resistance project, its compass always towards the city of Al-Quds as the eternal capital of the fully sovereign Palestinian state, and towards the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, liberated and dignified, as a comprehensive noscript for our people and our nation.
On this blessed anniversary, we commemorate the souls of the convoys of martyrs from our people, along our honorable struggling history, and we ask Allah Almighty for a speedy recovery for the injured and the sick. We send a greeting of pride and honor to the men of heroic resistance, the guardians of the frontiers and those holding the trigger of accumulating preparation and strength, and we praise the heroics of our revolutionary youth in the Gaza Strip and in the cities and camps of the West Bank, and the sacrifices and jihad of the stationed in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa, and we support the hands of the masses of our people and its living forces to continue the path of resistance and struggle by all means, and for more enhancement of the bonds of unity and solidarity and aligning the ranks until achieving our goals in liberation and return.

🟢 Hamas on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the second intifada (2/2):

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirm the following:
First: Comprehensive resistance is the strategic choice of our people in reclaiming rights and liberating the land and the sanctities, at the heart of which is Al-Quds and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our people will continue united, embracing its resistance, melding with it, holding onto its thawabet and identity, until the liberation of the land and the prisoners.
Second: The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque was and will remain a pure Islamic endowment, with no legitimacy or sovereignty for the occupation and its fascist government over any part of it, and the reasons for the spark of the Al-Aqsa intifada in 2000 are still valid and strong today, due to the zionist arrogance and aggression and its provocative attempts in storming and desecrating Al-Aqsa. Our people will remain stationed, uprising, and a protective shield for the first Qiblah of the Muslims, and will defend it with souls and lives.
Third: The Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000 was a prominent milestone in the unity of our people and their steadfastness on the land, and defense of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa, a sincere example revealing the strengths and struggles among the masses of our people of all spectra, and that we are capable with our national unity and comprehensive resistance to confront the occupation and defeat it from our land.
Fourth: The course of normalizing relations with the zionist enemy, undertaken by some of our Arab brethren—amid the escalating crimes of the occupation and its fascist government against our land, our people, our prisoners, and our sanctuaries—serves nothing but the settlement and Judaization projects of the occupation, and provides a cover for the continuation and escalation of its war against our unarmed people and their sanctities. Hence, we renew our call to retreat from this incorrect path, to do justice to our people and to support their legitimate struggle until they achieve their aspirations for liberation and return.
Fifth: We call upon the masses of our people throughout the occupied West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior to continue their stationing, to travel to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to intensify their presence within its courtyards, in support of Al-Aqsa, thwarting its desecration, and confronting all the enemy's schemes and its desperate attempts to storm it and divide it either temporally or spatially.
Sixth: We call upon our Arab and Islamic nation, leaders and peoples, governments and organizations, to urgently and seriously move in sustainable programs and plans to support the steadfastness of our people in Al-Quds and those stationed in Al-Aqsa, who today form the first line of defense for the first Qiblah of Muslims, the journey of the noble Prophet, and the third of the moly mosques, on behalf of the entire nation. Al-Aqsa is in real danger in the face of the occupation's plans and the terrorism of its zionist extremists.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Intifada:
The Intifada continues and develops, and the resistance is prepared to defend Al-Aqsa.
Twenty-three years have passed since the outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Intifada, during which the Palestinian people have made numerous sacrifices. The spark of the Intifada still burns in the face of the criminal occupation, which practices all forms of aggression and terrorism in a desperate attempt to suppress the resistance and force the Palestinian people to surrender and abandon their support for Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The resistance, in all its forms, has continued despite the magnitude of the conspiracies aimed at suppressing the Intifada and undermining its achievements. The Palestinian people prove every day that the Intifada is an authentic culture and a steadfast path in the consciousness of its sons, who carry their weapons and move with determination and steadfastness to confront and resist the enemy.
On the 23rd anniversary of the blessed uprising, we affirm the following:
Firstly: The reasons that led to the outbreak of this Intifada are still present, and thus our people have decided to continue their revolution and uprising, which is evolving. Among its most important achievements is the unity it has brought to the Palestinian people in all fields, turning into a sustainable action and a daily agenda for the Palestinian people.
Secondly: The ongoing Intifada has been the most significant response to all the poisonous defeatist agendas, and it has defeated the projects of surrender, normalization, and security coordination. Through the Intifada, our people have preserved the legacies of the martyrs.
Third: We reaffirm our commitment to the path of jihad and resistance, embodied by our heroic fighters in Saraya Al-Quds and all branches of the resistance. They closely monitor what is happening in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and their hands are on the trigger, ready to defend Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, which are targeted by the malicious schemes of the enemy.
Fourthly: No matter how much tyranny and aggression the Zionists exhibit, our people will not relinquish their rights or abandon an inch of their land and sanctities. This tyranny will shatter in the face of the steadfastness displayed by our people and their resistance in all arenas.
Fifthly: The enemy and its allies have bet on the possibility of isolating the Palestinian people and excluding the refugees in the diaspora from the circle of struggle and confrontation. However, this bet has undoubtedly failed. Our people in exile and the diaspora are directly connected to all events inside the homeland. Their youth join the ranks of the resistance, and the honorable members of our nation are united on one front, preparing to confront the enemy and engage in the battle. Their eyes are all eagerly awaiting the liberation of Al-Quds, by the permission of Allah.
Sixthly: On this momentous occasion in the history of our heroic people, we remember the brave martyrs, the resilient prisoners, and the wounded. We salute the courageous fighters in the Al-Quds Brigades and all branches of the resistance. We salute the youth of the revolution and the steadfastness of the uprising throughout Palestine and all arenas. We salute those stationed in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and those holding their rifles in the refugee camps, waiting for the signal to directly engage in the battle with the enemy.
Mercy to the martyrs, freedom to the prisoners, and healing to the wounded.

They are Obada Mohammed Rawajba, Monadel Sa'adeh, Mahmoud Ma'ali, Saher Masoud, Qusai Shreim, Ahmed Ma'ala, and teacher Maad Kanaan.
