The family of 16-year-old prisoner Nufuz Hammad from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Al-Quds:

After the occupation forces retracted her release as part of a prisoner exchange deal, [we are] worried about her fate after she was transferred to “Hadassah” Hospital and the lawyer was prevented from visiting her.
🚨 In violation of the humanitarian truce, occupation forces open fire on citizens’ homes east of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip.
🔴 Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

The Human Rights Watch report is dangerous and biased towards the zionist narrative. We call for non-engagement with this organization and not to trust its reports.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly condemned the report issued by "Human Rights Watch" yesterday, noscriptd "Findings on the explosion of "Al-Ahli [Baptist] Hospital on October 17", and its adoption of the occupation narrative, describing this report as dangerous and completely biased towards the zionist narrative, aiming to exonerate the zionist entity from this massive and horrific massacre.

This report is filled with lies and incorrect conclusions based on complete zionist information. How did this organization come to this conclusion without the presence of investigation committees on the ground at a time when the occupation besieges the Strip and does not allow anyone to enter or exit? The report contradicts itself when it says that it needs to conduct additional investigations to determine who fired the ammunition, so how did it conclude without completing this investigation? It continues to lie when it claims the lack of cooperation of the official authorities in Gaza, while the official authorities announced their readiness to cooperate. The organization did not reveal the witnesses mentioned in its report, indicating that this report is just a farcical play directed by this institution and purely zionist production.

This report is highly politicized, crafted in an intelligence center with the aim of passing the vision of the occupation and beautifying its ugly face in front of the whole world, which directly saw on TV screens the occupation's massacre in Al-Maamadani, using lethal American weapons with explosive power not possessed by the resistance factions, but by the occupation, confirming that the international institution's call in its report for imposing an arms embargo on Gaza is a dangerous matter aimed at distorting the image of the resistance, equating the victim with the executioner, and trying to portray the ongoing zionist aggression on our people as a conflict between two parties, forgetting that our Palestinian people are under occupation and have the right, according to international legitimacy resolutions, to resist the occupation in all forms, including armed resistance.

The Front considered the report as marketing for the occupation narratives and a prelude to more crimes against hospitals, especially since the occupation exploited the international silence and the weak and complicit international positions on the Al-Maamadani hospital crime in continuing its crimes and targeting hospitals in the Strip such as (Al-Shifa, Al-Awda, Al-Rantisi, Indonesian) and other medical centers that were targeted, or killing and arresting a large number of doctors.

The Front called on our people and all supporters of Palestine around the world to not deal with this organization and not to trust its reports, which we see as directed by hostile intelligence agencies, confirming that this organization has fallen forever due to its blatant and complete bias towards the occupation, proving itself not just a false witness but an international arm in service of the occupation's vision.

The truth of what is happening of genocidal crimes against our Palestinian people in the Strip has penetrated the solid zionist wall and reached the world, creating unprecedented shifts in international public opinion. The image of the zionist entity and its criminal, fascist, and racist reality has reached everyone despite the collusion, complicity, and alignment of a large number of international institutions and organizations.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad:

The Human Rights Watch report on Al-Maamadani [Baptist] Hospital is misleading and aligns with the enemy's narrative.

• We strongly condemn the report issued by "Human Rights Watch", which claims that a missile similar to those used by the resistance is likely the cause of the massacre at the Al-Maamadani [Baptist] Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza.

• The report issued by the organization repeats the claims of the spokesperson of the occupation army, in a desperate attempt to exonerate the entity from the horrific massacre that the enemy's army committed, similar to dozens against hospitals and health centers, in full view of the whole world, without any deterrent or conscience.

• The "Human Rights Watch" report lacks evidence, at a time when it claims to have conducted an investigation and inquiry, without presenting any of it, which undermines the report's credibility and leads to questioning the motive behind its timing.

• The theoretical conclusions of the organization's report are inconsistent with other reports reached by prestigious journalistic entities, including Al Jazeera English, The New York Times, and other specialized electronic sites and global newspapers.

- The report condemns itself when its authors acknowledge that they did not obtain any evidence, nor documented testimonies, nor field visits, and concludes the necessity of conducting an investigation, which leads to the belief that the purpose of the report is to support the enemy's narrative.

- We demand those in charge of the Human Rights Watch organization to withdraw this report and apologize to the families of the martyrs of the Al-Maamadani Al-Ahli [Baptist] Hospital massacre and to stop promoting the allegations of the criminal killing machine in the entity.

🟢 Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas denounces what was mentioned in the preliminary report issued by Human Rights Watch regarding the aggression on hospitals in the Gaza Strip, especially the Al-Ahli [Baptist] Hospital, where the report was closer to the narrative of the zionist enemy, which blamed the resistance factions for the aerial bombardment, without the organization providing any clear material evidence to support its conclusion.

This is despite the fact that investigations by many international bodies have confirmed the occupation's responsibility for the targeting. The report also overlooks the policy of targeting hospitals, which systematically affected all hospitals in the Gaza Strip, and is documented before the hearing and sight of the world.

What further undermines the credibility of the report is the lack of access to the field of the event, gathering evidence, meeting witnesses, and listening to reports from relevant bodies.

We demand the organization to review the report and wait for the end of the aggression, and we welcome them to visit Gaza to conduct a direct investigation into the incident.

🟢 Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
“And do not think of those who are killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.”

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) mourns to our Palestinian people, our Arab and Islamic Ummah, and the free people of the world:

The fighter brother:
The Martyr Mohammed Hamada (Abu Ibrahim), the official spokesman for the movement from occupied Al-Quds

Who was martyred due to a treacherous zionist bombardment as part of the zionist genocide war against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The martyr fighter Mohammed Hamada spent his life defending his people, the city of Al-Quds, and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. He was subjected to arrest for more than 14 years and was released in the Wafa Al-Ahrar deal in 2011. He was deported from Al-Quds to the Gaza Strip to continue his struggle as a spokesman for the movement for Al-Quds and a member of the media office, defending the national rights of his people.

We pray for mercy on all the martyrs of our people whose blood was shed by the criminal enemy in proud Gaza and the steadfast West Bank, and we ask Allah for a speedy recovery for the injured and wounded, and clothe them in the garment of health and wellness.

It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.

Liberated child prisoner Ibrahim Dhafer of Ramin, #Tulkarem was freed in the resistance's exchange deal.

Ibrahim was 17 years old when he was administratively detained without charge or trial. He describes the change in already negative conditions after October 7th: "We were subjected to constant beatings. They took everything and left us with little food."

"On Fridays and Saturdays, we wouldn't eat. Half a plate for eight people."

"We wouldn't even sleep. They would prevent us from sleeping with rounds and insults after midnight."

"Praise be to Allah for the blessing of Islam. We have learned patience and steadfastness."

"There was a prisoner my grandfather's age covered in blood. The prisoners are subjected to death at any moment. Four prisoners from 'Megiddo' prison alone were martyred."

To Al-Mayadeen, Ibrahim also said: "The treatment of prisoners in Gaza was according to our Islamic religion, while we were deprived of food and medicine."

"We thank the resistance in Gaza and the West Bank, the resistance leaders, and we pray for the martyrs who offered their lives."

Ibrahim's family wishes for the liberation of all prisoners, asking for "Mercy for the righteous martyrs of the proud, heroic, and steadfast Gaza." "Gaza defended and defends the honor of the Arab and Islamic nation, especially Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, Saraya Al-Quds, and all the heroes working in the field from all factions."

"Our joy is incomplete, until we liberate all our prisoners and Al-Aqsa. There is so life for us without these young heroes who sacrificed the best years of their life in the prisons of oppression."
Brothers Nasrallah and Qassam Al-A'war were freed yesterday as a result of the prisoner exchange deal achieved by the resistance. The first time they were arrested by the IOF, they were five and six years old.

Qassam mentions the difficult conditions of the prisons, including constant searches and beatings. "All we could do is pray, and praise be to Allah, we were freed."

He was told celebrations were banned before he knew what he would be celebrating. The brothers were threatened with re-arrest if they celebrated their release.

Meanwhile, Nasrallah said to Al-Mayadeen following his release:

"The conditions of detention were difficult and with a lot of pain. We were beaten by 10 people and constantly threatened. They took everything from us after October 7th."

"We suffered severe beatings from the prison administration, and some prisoners had their arms and teeth broken."

"We hope that our joy will be complete with the release of the remaining prisoners in the occupation's prisons. We salute the resistance in Gaza."

Their father said:
"I am a former prisoner, and the occupation prevented me from visiting my children. I knew nothing about my children during the past three months."
"The resistance in Gaza has given much, as did the resistance in Lebanon and Yemen."
"Salute to the people of Gaza. We are one people who cannot be divided."

🟢 Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades:

A message from one of the detainees to the fighters and leaders of the Al-Qassam Brigades who accompanied her during her detention period before her release in the exchange deal as part of the humanitarian truce.
Al-Aqsa Flood.

Note:
The letter reads:
"To the generals who have accompanied me in recent weeks, it seems we will part ways tomorrow, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your extraordinary humanity shown towards my daughter, Emilia. You were like parents to her, inviting her into your rooms whenever she desired. She acknowledges feeling like all of you are her friends, not just friends, but truly beloved and good.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the many hours you spent as caregivers. Thank you for being patient with her and showering her with sweets, fruits, and everything available even when it was not.

Children should not be in captivity, but thanks to you and other kind people we met along the way, my daughter felt like a queen in Gaza... In general, she acknowledges feeling like the center of the world. She hasn't met anyone on our long journey, from the rank and file to the leadership, who didn't treat her with gentleness, affection, and love.

I will forever be a prisoner of gratitude because she did not leave here with a lifelong psychological trauma. I will remember your kind behavior, granted here despite the difficult situation you were dealing with yourselves and the severe losses you suffered here in Gaza. I wish in this world we could truly be good friends.

I wish you all health and well-being... Health and love to you and your families' children. Many thanks.

Danyal and Emilia"
