Crime of storming and destroying Kamal Adwan Hospital and arresting the hospital director Dr. Ahmad Al-Kahlout and coercing him to give a statement under intimidation.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health condemns and denounces the practices of the "israeli" occupation forces and their violation of international law in hundreds of incidents against the components of the health sector, repeatedly aiming to destroy the health system and deprive all residents of the Gaza Strip, including children, pregnant women, cancer patients, and the wounded, by targeting (hospitals, primary care centers, mental health centers, ambulances, non-governmental organizations, health humanitarian work staff, etc.)
In the face of a new chapter of ongoing crimes targeting the health sector, the occupation forces destroyed large parts of Kamal Adwan Hospital, arrested the hospital director, intimidated him, and coerced him to give a statement in favor of the occupation under beating and torture. We would like to clarify the following:
1. Dr. Ahmad Al-Kahlout works within the military medical services, an official body affiliated with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior as part of the components recognized by the Palestinian National Authority.
2. The rank of Brigadier is a functional rank in the medical services affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, and these ranks are known and practiced worldwide.
3. The medical services personnel receiving training and special courses related to the nature of the work of the Ministry of Interior is also a routine and mandatory procedure for all members and staff of the military medical services, practiced worldwide.
4. The presence of official components and bodies inside the hospital, such as the medical investigations and the official devices affiliated with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior, was due to the destruction of the infrastructure of these devices and the search for a place that provides work essentials, which are devices approved within the structure of the Ministry of Interior.
5. What was stated by Dr. Ahmad Al-Kahlout was under coercion, torture, and intimidation, and we call on all human rights institutions to denounce this criminal behavior practiced by the occupation against our people in general and health work crews in particular, to extract a narrative consistent with the occupation's request. Moreover, extracting this testimony under threat and broadcasting it in audio and video is a war crime in itself.
6. The occupier's attempts are desperate and ridiculous efforts to justify its successive crimes, especially against the health system, after failing in the fabricated narrative of the existence of alleged control centers under the buildings of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, and after the world documented the ugly face of the occupation in targeting all health institutions in the northern part of the Strip, and after documenting the suffering of premature infants, patients, the wounded, and pregnant women deprived of health services, in a desperate attempt to justify these crimes documented by the whole world.
7. We demand that human rights institutions urgently investigate the massacre at Kamal Adwan Hospital, where children were besieged without water, food, electricity, or water for extended days, ending with the bombing of the hospital, killing two women and two children among the patients, injuring dozens, followed by the storming of the hospital, arresting dozens of displaced people, patients, health staff, and brutally assaulting them, desecrating graves, demolishing the hospital, crushing bodies under the tracks of tanks, and other horrifying details.

Our heroes are engaged in fierce battles across all fronts of the strip, and our artillery is bombarding enemy positions with shells and rockets.
1- On Al-Zaytoun axis, our forces engaged in fierce battles against the occupation forces, using automatic rifles, hand grenades, and anti-tank weapons, inflicting casualties and equipment losses on the enemy.
2- On the axis of Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood, our forces continued to defend the area and confront the occupation forces, preventing them from establishing positions, and the clashes are ongoing around the clock. One of our comrades was injured, and his comrades successfully transported him from the field to the rear positions, where he is receiving treatment and is in good condition.
3- On the Maghazi axis, our forces continued their combat duties in pursuing the "israeli" enemy with fire and shells, inflicting losses on them round the clock.
4- On the axis of Khan Younis city, our forces engaged in fierce combat, successfully inflicting severe losses on the occupation forces in the past few hours.
5- Our rocket artillery successfully targeted "israeli" enemy vehicles north of Juhr al-Dik, resulting in some being damaged and put out of service, and injuring the officers and soldiers in them.
6- The heavy caliber mortar artillery of the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, bombarded enemy vehicle gatherings on the Majd al-Zalal axis east of Khan Younis, causing direct casualties.
7- On the axis west of Jabalia, our forces continued to confront the enemy's movements and vehicles with machine guns and anti-tank weapons, causing direct casualties, forcing some of them to withdraw from the field.
8- On the axis east of Al-Bureij, our forces managed to target enemy positions in close-range clashes, successfully achieving their objectives by inflicting severe losses on the enemy and its vehicles.

🚨 The Health Director in Gaza reported that the number of victims of the IOF airstrikes on Jabalia in northern Gaza has risen to 46 martyrs and 110 injured, with dozens still under the rubble.
Since last night, the IOF has been launching heavy airstrikes and belts of fire on Jabalia.
The Red Crescent reported that occupation forces are besieging the Red Crescent ambulance center in Jabalia, north of the Strip, from all directions.
Inside the center, there are 127 people including staff, displaced persons, and injured individuals.
The IOF launched an airstrike near the Jabalia Medical Center. (media 2)
Additionally, a number of martyrs and wounded were reported in the IOF strikes targeting displaced people at the Future School in Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City, northern Gaza.
