I reassure our people and our nation that the fighters and their leaders are well and are exercising their leadership duties with all merit and ability, proud of their people, their nation, and all the free people of the world who stood with Palestinian rights.

Salute to the military media of Al-Qassam and the resistance factions, which have been creative in the field alongside the fighters, conveying the image of heroism to the masses of the Arab and Islamic nation and the entire world, and showing the cowardice and defeat of the zionist soldier in front of the men.

The occupation wanted from this battle to spread the spirit of defeat among all our people, but the magic turned against the magician, revealing the occupation's lies and its ugly face.

The occupation has begun to promote that it is moving from the second to the third stage to carry out concentrated military operations to prevent the resistance from rising, but these will fall at the hands of the resistance just as its predecessors fell. The heroes of Palestine, the heroes of Gaza, the heroes of Al-Qassam and all the resistance factions, are making history today and a new era for a free, dignified, and noble Palestine.

This aggression will stop under the blows of the resistance and the steadfastness of our people, and the occupation has no choice but to respond to the will of our people.

In light of the initiatives and offers that reached the leadership of [Hamas] through the brothers in Egypt and Qatar, and after studying these ideas positively, the movement presented to Qatar and Egypt its position and vision, which is based on a comprehensive cessation of aggression against our people, providing relief to them, and responding to their legitimate and just demands.

The movement received many initiatives related to the internal Palestinian situation issued by Palestinian and Arab bodies and figures concerned for our people and our cause. We assured everyone of the movement’s adherence to the unity of the people and the cause, and it is open to all national components in order to rebuild the national reference within the framework of the organization through the democratic option in addition to agreeing on a national government for the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

This work is on the basis of the resistance program and thawabet, foremost among which is the state with Al-Quds as its capital, the right of return, and self-determination.

There will be no chaos or vacuum in the [Gaza] Strip, as the police and security services are currently working and government institutions are doing their best with the available capabilities in light of the war and aggression.

We realize that the current days are painful and heavy, but they will pass, and tyranny will pass with them, and our people, God willing, will return to the homes from which they were displaced, and we will work hand in hand to rebuild what the occupation and aggression destroyed.

We work around the clock with everyone so that our people may have their needs met and enjoy freedom and independence, and at the same time we hold the occupation fully responsible for this suffering.

The countries that participated and supported this aggression, especially the American administration, bear full responsibility in terms of their military, security, and political support for the occupation state, and for standing against the will of the international community, which calls for stopping the aggression and justice for our people.

This war has placed our people and our cause in a new, different position in which the entire world realizes that there is no security, stability, or future in the region except by our people obtaining their freedom and legitimate rights in their land and country, establishing their future state with Al-Quds as its capital, and achieving the right of return. There is no future for the occupation on our land; in fact, the occupation has no legitimacy on any inch of the land of Palestine.

This war also confirmed that our people are not alone, but with them are our Arab and Islamic nation and many free people in the world, east and west. We salute all participants in supporting this great battle throughout the Arab and Islamic world, and salute and honor the martyrs who rose supporting the battle in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq.

Millions in the cities and capitals of the East and West of the Earth are coming out to raise their voices loudly against the brutal aggression and in support of our people, and to condemn the zionist entity and its heinous crimes against humanity. This confirms that the world realizes that the occupation represents all evils.

It is time for governments to respond to truth, conscience, and the humanitarian meanings stipulated in international laws and resolutions, and to abandon their silence on the American-Western bias towards the occupation and its double standards with regard to Palestine, its cause, and the rights of its people.

I salute all supportive and sympathetic stances, especially the state of South Africa, which filed a complaint with the International Court of Justice against the occupation state for its crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, and genocide.

The Palestinian cause and Gaza are a just humanitarian and political issue. We, as a people who have suffered and are suffering from racist occupation for more than 75 years, look forward to a decision being issued that will achieve justice for our people and their cause and stop the war crimes taking place today in Gaza.

I am completely certain that this year will be a year filled with dignity and honor, and will open the agenda of victory and liberation, and will also mark the beginning of the collapse and demise of the usurping fascist occupation, Allah willing.

It is the year of liberating our prisoners, by Allah's power and strength, and it is the year of embodying the unity of our people at home and abroad.

We said and we repeat, “There is no security or stability in the region until the occupation is gone.”

The displacement conspiracy will not pass, and there is no going back from the demand to liberate all prisoners.

Any arrangements in the Palestinian cause without Hamas and the resistance factions are an delusion and a mirage.
