🚨 The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission publishes details about the abuse faced by imprisoned PFLP leader Khalida Jarrar during her abduction from her home at the end of December. Two weeks later, she was given an administrative detention sentence without charge or trial.

They say, "Prisoner Khalida Jarrar was subjected to the most brutal forms of abuse and torture by the "israeli" forces during her arrest."

The Commission added that, on December 26th, a large force of the army violently stormed Khalida's home, where they searched her, blindfolded her eyes, and took her to "Ofer" Prison. She was transferred to "Sharon" Prison after a field investigation.

The conditions in "Sharon" are extremely difficult. Khalida was soon after transferred to "Damon," and Jarrar described the conditions there "as similar to those of the prisons during the late sixties."

The Commission described some of the conditions of "Damon," including:
· Overcrowding: the room is designed for only 6 prisoners, but currently, they are placing 12 detainees, forcing some of them to sleep on the floor.
· One hour of recreation a day including shower time. The prison administration decides the timing of the outing, which is not fixed.
· Poor quality and quantity of food.
· Confiscation of all electrical items.
· No recognition of any representation for the female prisoners.
· Delays in taking prisoners to the clinic, with water being the only remedy prescribed by the doctor for every problem.
· Complete isolation of Gazan prisoners, absolutely prohibiting any communication.
· A complete lack of clothing and blankets, especially in this severe cold.
