We call for adopting a unified national stance to face the challenges and conspiracies that confront our cause and our people through adoption of an inclusive strategy that goes beyond the previous stages and establishes a phase of partnership and liberation.
Fourthly: We emphasize the necessity of immediate access for aid to our people in various areas of the Gaza Strip without restrictions, breaking the unjust siege, and enabling our people to exploit their resources and communicate with the world through various crossings and passages.
Fifthly: There must be a real, effective, and immediate mechanism for the reconstruction of Gaza in a manner that ensures our people's dignity and rebuilds what the occupation has destroyed of public and private buildings.
