The Department of Refugee Affairs and the Right of Return in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the enemy's parliament "Knesset" ratification of a bill in a preliminary reading to ban the work of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in occupied Al-Quds is a systematic and escalating step within the feverish zionist objectives to end the work of the relief agency on the way to liquidating the right of return of the refugees.

The department added that the zionist entity, with American partnership and an international conspiracy, has launched a large incitement campaign against UNRWA in recent weeks, fabricating a series of lies and accusations and forcing the funding countries to cut off its funding, which aims to end its work as it is a principal witness to the tragedy and Nakba of our people, and bears the greatest responsibility for relieving our people in the Gaza Strip, which is currently undergoing a continuous zionist genocide.

The department considers this decision to be hostile towards the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights, constituting an integral part of the ongoing zionist war on the city of Al-Quds and its inhabitants. It calls upon the United Nations and countries around the world not to engage with this decision, nor with any zionist and Western steps to end UNRWA's operations or halt its services, in response to the occupier's desires and its malicious objectives of liquidating the cause and rights of the refugees.

The department concluded its statement by affirming that the Palestinian people and the refugee community, both in the homeland and the diaspora, will strongly oppose this criminal zionist decision, and every step aimed at halting UNRWA's operations in Al-Quds and elsewhere. Our people expect the United Nations to confront this decision and thwart it, not to align and assimilate with it.

The invasion of the "israeli" occupation army into the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, using tanks, drones, and heavily armed soldiers, shooting at medical staff and displaced persons inside, killing many citizens, and turning it into a graveyard and a military barracks constitutes a clear and complete war crime, a crime against international law, and a crime against all international treaties.

The occupation army threatened those present with killing and direct shooting, and deprived them of water, food, and baby milk, imposing harsh practices on them. We hold the "israeli" occupation, the international community, and the United States of America fully responsible for the safety and lives of the hundreds of medical staff, wounded, sick, and displaced Palestinians inside.

We affirm that the lies of the "israeli" occupation being spread about the Nasser Medical Complex are just dirty, worn-out, and exposed propaganda to the world. Its claims are baseless and part of the occupation's plan to destroy the health sector and hospitals entirely as part of its strategic plan aimed at displacing the residents of the Gaza Strip outside the Gaza Strip and outside Palestine.

We confirm that the occupation army will leave the Nasser Medical Complex having committed the crime we have been warning about around the clock. It will leave the Complex dragging its tails of disgrace, shame, and failure in achieving any of the lies and false narratives it spreads to the public. It will not succeed in achieving any image of victory as long as it violates international law, breaches all various international treaties, and targets patients and destroys hospitals.

The claims of the spokesperson for the terrorist occupation army that the resistance is using the Nasser Medical Complex and Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Younis for military purposes, and his assertion that his fascist army arrested members of the resistance there, is a new episode in the series of lies promoted to justify the war crime and blatant violations against hospitals and the health sector in the Gaza Strip, and the attempt by his defeated army to put them out of service, as part of its terrorist government's policy of targeting civilian infrastructure in the Strip, and completing the genocide and displacement war it is waging against unarmed civilians.

We have repeatedly confirmed that the policy of the Palestinian resistance has always been, and still is, to exempt public institutions, civilians, and the health sector from any military activities, and we have called on more than one occasion for the United Nations and concerned organizations to allow an international committee to inspect the hospitals and expose the occupation's lies, without our demands being met.

We renew our call to the international community and the United Nations to uphold their legal and humanitarian responsibilities and take the necessary measures to prevent the Nazi entity from destroying the remaining hospitals and medical points that do not meet the minimum level of medical care for our people, to curb this fascist government and its Nazi policies, and to support the legitimate right of our Palestinian people to defend themselves, reclaim their freedom, and determine their fate.
