The war is nearing its 5th month, and the Palestinian resistance still pursues the occupation in its locations, defends its people, and is on the lookout for the enemy despite the severe losses in our people, including civilians, facilities, homes, housing, displacement, and attempts to kill our people through starvation.

Everyone saw the effects of the "israeli" aggression on people waiting for aid. This is not the first time, perhaps more than the fifth time...When people gather, the occupation bombs and kills these people.

Today, the occupation has utterly failed to achieve its goals, neither in retrieving the prisoners in the Gaza Strip nor in destroying the resistance's capabilities and dismantling it as Netanyahu falsely claims.

Netanyahu has backtracked in his final response last week from what he had agreed to in the Paris document. I say that the occupation today is prolonging the battle with lies and hopes it will not achieve: sometimes it says the high price the movement asks for in exchange for our prisoners, and sometimes it says it wants to dismantle the resistance and what remains of Al-Qassam's capabilities in Rafah.

Netanyahu is not serious about reaching an agreement that ends the aggression, relieves our Palestinian people, and withdraws the occupation from Gaza after this long aggression that exceeded four months until the region returns to the calm it was in because he wants to continue the battle for no purpose other than to preserve his chair.

The occupation refuses to withdraw from the Gaza Strip or any part of it and refuses the return of the displaced, nor does it give any glimmer of approval to end this aggression. So far, it has not provided a guarantee for the delivery of sufficient aid, the repair of hospitals, bakeries, and infrastructure, even shelter with tents. The occupation has not given a clear and explicit approval for that... So what is there to agree upon?!

The occupation tries to change the reality by saying that Hamas' demands are large or otherwise. We affirm that liberating the prisoners is our priority, but what concerns us alongside it, perhaps in more advanced steps, is how our people live in peace, how we relieve them, shelter them, and restore their normal life on the way to Al-Quds, liberating the prisoners, liberating Al-Aqsa Mosque, and establishing a fully sovereign Palestinian state.

The West Bank and the Gaza Strip are under security control because we are still under occupation, but our people have a political cause and human rights, and resistance is still capable in the field of confronting it.

I say clearly, as the occupation has failed to destroy the resistance's capabilities in the northern part of the Strip, Gaza, the central region, and Khan Younis, it will fail to establish its control over Rafah.

The occupation tries to use the tools of intimidation, starvation, and others. We in the Hamas movement, with our people and behind us, the Palestinian resistance factions, do not succumb to the zionist military, political, and media pressure.

It saddens us that there are countries in the world that are unable to put pressure on the occupation, including the United States. They told us at the end of last month that we would reach a ceasefire in gradual steps, but they backtracked on that.

However, the "israeli" occupation tries to bring Al-Aqsa Mosque to the forefront firstly to please the extreme zionist right that Netanyahu relies on, and secondly, he wants to ignite the region and create facts on the ground, but we say that he will fail.

We say to the families of the zionist prisoners that Netanyahu does not care about their fate. While Hamas was feeding these prisoners from what our people eat, delivering them medicine and clothing, the "israeli" occupation was bombing them and our people with them because Netanyahu wants to kill them all.
