🚨 The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner Club confirmed the martyrdom of prisoner Asif Abdul Muati Mohammed Al-Rifai (22 years old), from the town of Kafr Ain/ Ramallah, after his transfer from "Ramla" prison clinic to "Asaf Harofeh" "israeli" Hospital.
Asif was arrested on 24/9/2022, despite his cancer condition. This was his fourth arrest since he was a child. He had been injured by the occupation's bullets several times, and the occupation had threatened him with assassination before his arrest.
He was subjected to a crime by the occupation before his arrest, where the occupation deprived him of obtaining a permit for treatment in Al-Quds, and the occupation completed its crime by arresting him, and committing a medical crime against him by delaying his transfer to the hospital for necessary examinations and providing him with treatment.
The delay continued for seven months from the date of his arrest, where he was detained for a period in "Ofer" prison, then transferred to the "Ramla" prison clinic.
The Commission and the Club affirm that the rapid deterioration in the condition of prisoner Al-Rifai was fundamentally linked to the delay in providing him with treatment, which led to the acceleration of the disease spreading to several parts of his body, based on medical reports conducted for him later, until he reached a critical health stage that led to his martyrdom today.
Prisoner Asif Al-Rifai is one of hundreds of sick prisoners in the occupation's prisons, who face medical crimes, which have unprecedentedly increased after October 7th. Prisoner Al-Rifai was among the most prominent medical cases in the "israeli" occupation prisons, and the last visit conducted to him by a lawyer, during which it was confirmed that a rapid deterioration occurred in the health situation of prisoner Al-Rifai.
The last visit his family was able to see him was in September of the last year, shortly before the aggression [on Gaza], and the last phone call through the public phone in "Ramla" prison with his family was three days before the aggression, knowing that the occupation stopped the visits of the prisoners' families after October 7th, and also deprived the sick prisoners of their families' visits.
The Commission and the Prisoner Club hold the occupation authorities fully responsible for the martyrdom of prisoner Al-Rifai, and for the fate of all sick prisoners, alongside dozens of wounded and injured who were subjected to injuries due to torture and mistreatment after October 7th.
With the martyrdom of prisoner Al-Rifai, the number of martyrs of the prisoner movement inside the occupation's prisons after October 7th rises to 11 martyrs:
- prisoner Omar Daraghmeh from Tubas
- prisoner Arafat Hamdan from Ramallah
- prisoner Majed Zaqoul from Gaza
- The fourth martyr prisoner whose identity is not known. He is one of the workers from Gaza, as announced by the occupation, and he was martyred in "Antoot" IOF camp.
- prisoner Abdulrahman Mer'i from Salfit
- prisoner Thaer Abu Asab from Qalqilya
- prisoner Abdulrahman Al-Bahsh from Nablus
- prisoner Mohammed Al-Sabbar from Al-Khalil
- prisoner Khaled Al-Shaweesh from Tubas
- prisoner Izz El-Din Al-Banna from Gaza
- prisoner Asif Al-Rifai from Ramallah
in addition to the wounded detainee Mohammed Abu Sneineh from Al-Quds who was martyred in "Hadassah" Hospital after being injured and arrested a day.
It is worth noting that the occupation's media revealed data indicating the martyrdom of two other detainees from Gaza in "Sde Teman" camp in Bir Sabi', and the occupation refuses to this day to disclose any data regarding the fate of Gaza's detainees, as well as the occupation admitted to the execution of one of Gaza's detainees, alongside data indicating the execution of detainees from Gaza.
With this, the number of martyrs of the prisoner movement rises to 248 since 1967, in addition to many released prisoners who were martyred shortly after being released due to diseases they inherited from the occupation's prisons.

There is no breakthrough in the intractable issues during the meetings of the Egyptian, Qatari, and "israeli" delegations that took place in Doha two days ago.
The intractable issues are the constants of Hamas and the resistance, which are the ceasefire, full withdrawal, and the return of the displaced.
The "israeli" side was only interested in focusing on the prisoners file held by the resistance in Gaza during the Doha talks.
The "israeli" did not show any flexibility on the three main issues.
Hamas has become convinced that "israel" is trying to buy time and prioritize the survival of the government coalition over reaching an agreement with the movement and the resistance.
Egypt and Qatar are making strenuous efforts to bridge the gap between the two sides regarding the three central issues.

🚨 The occupation authorities secretly conducted an autopsy on the body of 53-year-old martyr prisoner Khaled Shaweesh, from the town of Aqaba, Tubas, who was martyred on the 21st of February.
The Head of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission, Qaddoura Fares said, "The transfer of the martyr prisoner Shaweesh to the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute and subjecting his body to a secret autopsy without adhering to the 'israeli' court's decision to have a family doctor present, reinforces the narrative we have of him being beaten, tortured, and dragged on the ground without consideration for his condition and serious health status."
Fares explained that the autopsy was carried out as a complete crime initiated and executed by the army, but it also involved the judicial system, which did not respect its court's decision to have a family doctor present, and the Ministry of Health, which conducted the autopsy without adhering to the court's decision, and the Ministry of Information, which kept silent about the news and did not speak about it.
Fares pointed out that what happened to the martyr prisoner Shaweesh matches exactly what happened to the martyr prisoner Thaer Abu Asab. Both were beaten and tortured, and both died and were autopsied without adhering to the presence of a family doctor.
Fares posed a series of questions to the international community, "Do you now know how our prisoners are killed? Do you understand what we mean by the occupation system and its gangs? Do you know how the "israeli" civil institutions and ministries serve the fascism of the occupation by executing its demands and plans? Have you learned today how the skins and body organs of martyrs and martyr prisoners are stolen? Isn't it time to break this vile silence and curb the occupation?"
He added, "Today, you are all contributors to everything that happens to our male and female prisoners inside prisons and detention centers."

Today, we remember the story a student and his teacher, of the Pharaoh and the Rigid (Al-Jamid).
Today, after two years, we remember the martyrdom of Abdullah Al-Hosary, and his pupil on the path of resistance, the Pharaoh, the martyr Amjad Fayed.
Abdullah, a leader in the Jenin Brigade, once said: "Nobody represents me except three people: a martyr under the soil, a martyr in the street defending this soil, and a martyr whose body was eaten by the prison cells."
Abdullah ascended in a glorious battle during an IOF invasion of Jenin, injuring two soldiers on the day of his martyrdom. He was, like many Palestinians, a former prisoner.
The young Amjad Al-Fayed was the first to carry Abdullah's gun after him. His comrade-in-arms and friend, the Pharaoh was by Abdullah's side always, as it was Abdullah who raised him in the fields of resistance. Amjad, too, was martyred in battle, joining Abdullah in martyrdom three months later in May.
The convoy of resistance and martyrdom does not break. One martyr inspires the next; a leader inspires a leader. Following Amjad's martyrdom, 16-year-old Ahmed Al-Masri of Nablus, currently imprisoned by the zionist occupation, adopted the nickname "Little Pharaoh" in Amjad's honor.
As Abdullah was a teacher to Amjad, our martyrs and fighters teach us all to never bargain, never surrender, never normalize, and to continue resisting in all forms until liberation and return. Glory to the martyrs.
