Fourth: We announce to you that the prisoners have entered a stage of general mobilization in all the fortresses of imprisonment, in order to prepare for the upcoming confrontation.

Fifth: Our message to those who threaten us day and night in the occupation government: remember well that we are fighters for freedom and just as we faced you on the battlefields, we will confront you in the prisons. Now, you are giving us an opportunity to teach those who attacked our women and children in Sheikh Jarrah and Khalil al-Rahman a lesson they will never forget in steadfastness and defiance, in order to avenge the cries of our women on the doorstep of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Sixth: We in the prisons of the occupation bid farewell to the great fighter and brother, the patriotic and revolutionary icon, Kareem Younes, with tears of joy after forty years of captivity, to freedom. We call on the masses of our people in all places of their presence to celebrate, and celebrate Kareem as the oldest political fighter in the path of freedom. We consider this day as a national and one-of-a-kind event in which the Palestinian flag is raised; we sing for freedom, for one homeland, and for the steadfast and unbreakable people. It is also an opportunity for all Palestinian organizations to stand before the long years of Kareem Younes’s captivity, to stand before their conscience and their national responsibility, to make their decision once and for all to not leave the hundreds of their fighters who face life imprisonment, and to not leave them as easy prey in prisons to be devoured by this jailer to be subjected to the oppression of the occupation. The task of liberating the prisoners is a religious duty and a supreme national task that is enforceable under the slogan: "We are a resistance that does not leave its prisoners to oblivion and death behind bars."

Finally: We direct our message to the Joint Operations Room of the resistance factions to keep its sword open and ready to support us in this decisive battle, and to expedite the fulfillment of the promise to liberate us from these coffins.

It is a revolution until victory.
It is a jihad, victory or martyrdom.
