The Islamic Group condemns the targeting of a Lebanese Succor Association center by the "israeli" enemy.
The "israeli" enemy has added to its list of crimes committed in Palestine and Lebanon against civilians a new crime at dawn on Wednesday, with a direct attack on an emergency center of the relief center of the Lebanese Succor Association – Emergency and Relief Corps in the town of Habariyya, Hasbaya district in southern Lebanon, resulting in the martyrdom of seven paramedics who were on duty at the center.
We, in the Islamic Group in Lebanon, while condemning and denouncing this cowardly and treacherous "israeli" aggression that targeted a group of medics performing their humanitarian duty in providing health assistance to the people of the Arqoub area, hold this heinous crime to the accountability of humanitarian, rights, international, and Arab institutions. We demand the condemnation and punishment of its perpetrator as a war crime. We also call on the Lebanese state to take the necessary measures to hold the "israeli" enemy accountable for this massacre and to bear full responsibility for it. We extend our deepest condolences to the Lebanese Succor Association and to the families of the martyred medics, reaffirming our support for them in this tragedy.

The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Club reported that occupation authorities issued an administrative detention order (without charge or trial) against the prisoner Walaa Tanji from Nablus. Walaa is the sister of the wounded detainee Mohammad Tanji and one of the freed prisoners in the November prisoners exchange batches.
The occupation also renewed administrative detention for the prisoner Linda Ja'ara.
The Prisoner's Club stated that the occupation continues to escalate the process of administrative detention at an unprecedented pace historically, as the number of administrative detainees reached 3,558 by the end of February.
The number of female detainees held in administrative detention in the occupation's prisons rises to 19 detainees, including wives of prisoners, sisters of prisoners, sisters of martyrs, journalists, human rights activists, and former prisoners. They are among 68 female prisoners in the occupation's prisons of which 4 are among those liberated in exchange batches and 5 of them are from Gaza. This data does not include all the detainees from Gaza in the camps due to the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance against them.
The majority of female detainees are held in harsh and difficult conditions, which peaked after October 7th, due to the policies of torture, maltreatment, and starvation imposed by the occupation on the prisoners.
The Club added that the occupation authorities use administrative detention, one of the emergency laws inherited from the British mandate, as a tool for collective revenge to impose more repression and control over the Palestinian society.
