The closure of Al-Jazeera satellite channel is a new crime against media freedoms.

It is not strange for the occupation forces, which cold-bloodedly assassinated the martyr Shireen Abu Aqleh and committed war crimes during the genocide war, including deliberate killing that targeted the journalistic body, to see the same occupation government making its decision to shut down Al-Jazeera satellite channel. This decision is part of a programmed policy to silence the voices of media channels and platforms, and the journalists who carried out their duties with utmost professionalism, national and humanitarian commitment.

Indeed, this decision to close Al-Jazeera channel is the other face of the moral defeat of the occupation in this war, which sought to distort and bury the Palestinian narrative and to silence the voice of truth and assassinate the image. After failing to stop its shocking effects worldwide, which shakes the global conscience, it began to take revenge on the witnesses to its horrifying atrocities.

While the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemns this heinous decision and all the arbitrary measures of the fascist racist entity against the media, the attempts of the war leaders and the occupation government will undoubtedly fail. This is due to the complete human solidarity movement with the truth. We find the decision to close Al Jazeera channel constitutes a blatant breach of international charters and laws, a violation of media freedoms, and is a matter for the international community, the International Federation of Journalists, and the international courts, and is considered criminal evidence added to the black record of the entity.

🚨 Occupation forces are carrying out air strikes on Kaf Mirage in Rafah, south of the #Gaza Strip.

The words of a wounded man outside the bombed Al-Attar family home in Yabna camp, Rafah, where 6 martyrs ascended earlier today.

Raed Al-Attar is the martyred commander of the Rafah Brigade of the Al-Qassam Brigades, who commanded Operation Dissipated Illusion to kidnap Gilad Shalit and was martyred in an airstrike in the 2014 Asf Al-Ma'koul battle.

The movement continues to negotiate and remains open to it positively in appreciation of the efforts of the Egyptian and Qatari mediators, although so far, the "israeli" side has not provided any indications of engaging in a serious and genuine agreement.

🚨 The IOF officially admitted to the killing of 3 officers and the wounding of 15 soldiers in the "Kerem Shalom" operation east of Rafah.

The operation was carried out with the Rajoom short-range rocket system by Al-Qassam Brigades. Zionist media stated that 14 rockets were fired, taking just 8 seconds to reach their targets at the "Amitai" IOF camp in "Kerem Shalom," where soldiers were undergoing preparations for the invasion of Rafah.

Despite heightened precautions by the IOF, including reducing the number of soldiers present and introducing shields, the IOF was unable to defend against the attack and suffered a high number of casualties. For unknown reasons, no interceptor missiles were fired.

Two rockets directly hit the soldiers, another barrelled into a house, while a fourth hit a power pole.

🚨 The IOF launched a number of airstrikes targeting eastern Rafah in the last 30 minutes, resulting in casualties arriving at Al-Najjar Hospital.
