The videos and photos emerging from Jabalia Camp after the withdrawal of the occupation army show the horrendous atrocities and crimes committed in Jabalia Camp and Beit Lahia project, and the scale of destruction and sabotage inflicted on citizens' homes, service establishments, and public facilities exposes once again the fascism, racism, and terrorism of this occupation, and its blatant disregard for the most basic principles of humanity, moral values, and rules of international and humanitarian law, as well as its violation of international decisions and rulings, especially those issued by the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

For the second time in 20 days, the occupation army has wreaked havoc and destruction in Jabalia Camp, employing a scorched-earth policy that resulted in the killing and injuring of hundreds, the forced displacement of about 200,000 citizens, and the destruction of entire residential blocks and squares. Public and service facilities were bombed and burned, making the scene look as if the area had been struck by a devastating earthquake.

Throughout the incursion period and after the withdrawal, ambulance and civil defense teams have retrieved dozens of martyrs and continue to search for dozens of missing persons among the rubble of homes, shelters, schools, and hospitals, which were not spared from bombing and destruction. Even the clinics and offices of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) were not spared from the machinery of sabotage.

The occupation army deliberately destroyed infrastructure and economic components such as markets and shops, and even the graves of the dead were not spared, as its machinery bulldozed cemeteries. This is a blatant and flagrant violation by the occupation army of human values and principles and the rules of international humanitarian law, presenting yet another scene of the ongoing genocide against our people for the eighth month.

It has become clear to everyone that in light of these crimes, the occupation aims to render Gaza Strip an uninhabitable disaster zone. It has not abandoned attempts at forced displacement alongside the crime of ethnic cleansing it commits through massacres, killing tens of thousands, starving and thirsting the population, and striking the healthcare system to deprive citizens of medical care and spread diseases and epidemics.

We strongly condemn the continued unjustified international impotence in stopping the genocide against our people in Gaza Strip. We hold the occupation and its partners, who support it militarily and politically and justify its horrific crimes, foremost among them the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, fully responsible for all these crimes.

We call for expediting the legal procedures of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court to ensure the cessation of this aggression and to hold zionist leaders accountable as war criminals and perpetrators of crimes against humanity. We also call for the strengthening of political, economic, cultural, and media boycotts against the occupation and the imposition of sanctions on it.

We urge the free people of the world, both countries and peoples, to intensify their movements in various fields to pressure the occupation and its partners to stop the genocide and ensure the flow of aid, medical supplies, fuel, and humanitarian needs to mitigate the famine currently experienced by our people.
