Following the issuance of the trilateral statement, the movement called on the mediators to present a plan to implement what they had proposed to the movement and what it had agreed to, so that the negotiations would not continue to revolve in a vicious circle due to Netanyahu's stalling and his setting of additional conditions and obstacles to reaching an agreement, serving his strategy of buying time and prolonging the aggression.
