The Hamas negotiating delegation, led by Dr. Khalil al-Hayya, met with the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, and Egyptian General Intelligence Minister Mr. Abbas Kamel, in the Qatari capital Doha on the morning of Wednesday, September 11, 2024. During the meeting, developments regarding the Palestinian cause and the aggression on the Gaza Strip were reviewed. The delegation affirmed the following:

- Welcoming the Egyptian-Qatari role and their efforts in the indirect negotiations to halt the aggression against our people.

- Emphasizing the movement's continued positive stance and flexibility to reach an agreement for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the withdrawal of the occupation army from all areas of the Gaza Strip, in a manner that serves the interests of our people, allows for a prisoner exchange deal, provides relief to our people, facilitates the return of displaced persons, and the reconstruction process.

- Affirming the movement's readiness for the immediate implementation of the ceasefire agreement based on President Biden's declaration on 31/05/2024 and UN Security Council Resolution No. 2735, and previous agreements, particularly those of 02/07/2024, without setting any new demands, and rejecting any new conditions imposed on this agreement by any party.

- Rejecting any projects related to the post-aggression phase on the Gaza Strip, stressing that the management of the Strip is a Palestinian internal affair to be agreed upon with a unified Palestinian vision.

- Welcoming the initiation of a comprehensive national dialogue with all Palestinian factions and forces to agree on a national vision to confront the current phase's challenges and to unify the national arena.

- Affirming its responsiveness to the mediators' efforts and welcoming the continuation of their role and efforts to achieve a ceasefire, the withdrawal of the occupation army from all areas of the Gaza Strip, relief for our people, a prisoner exchange, and reconstruction.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine welcomes the decision of the Trade Unions Congress (TUC) in the United Kingdom, which voted unanimously to halt all arms trade with "israel" in protest of the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

This decision represents an advanced and courageous step that aligns with the rights of the Palestinian people. It also highlights the growing awareness among global labor and trade unions about the zionist genocide against our people and the biased and complicit Western stances.

This position places the British government under the responsibility to adhere to this stance, which reflects the views of a broad and influential segment of British society, rather than blindly supporting the occupation on all political, military, and diplomatic levels.

The British government is required to immediately and seriously cease its military and economic support for the zionist entity and stop supplying it with various weapons used to kill innocents and destroy infrastructure in the Gaza Strip. The "israeli" occupation commits a horrific massacre by bombing the UNRWA-affiliated Al-Jaouni School in the Al-Nusseirat refugee camp, resulting in 9 martyrs so far and dozens of wounded, including employees of the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

The "israeli" occupation army committed a horrific massacre in Al-Nusseirat refugee camp (in central Gaza), where fighter jets bombed the UNRWA-affiliated Al-Jaouni School, which houses more than 5,000 displaced people. This massacre has so far resulted in 9 martyrs and 18 injuries, including employees of UNRWA.

This massacre is the 47th committed by the occupation during the ongoing genocide in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, which is currently home to more than a quarter of a million people, both camp residents and displaced persons. Since the start of the genocide, the occupation has bombed more than 18 schools and displacement centers within Al-Nusseirat refugee camp.

This new crime comes amidst a worsening health situation in the central governorate, where more than a million people currently reside. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital are unable to provide adequate medical services due to severe overcrowding and the large number of injuries received over the past months. In addition, the humanitarian and health sectors in Al-Nusseirat camp and the central governorate face enormous challenges due to the ongoing genocide.

We condemn the "israeli" occupation for committing this new massacre and the continuous massacres against civilians, children, and women. We call on all countries worldwide to condemn these ongoing crimes against displaced persons and civilians.

We hold the "israeli" occupation and the U.S. administration fully responsible for the continuation of this genocide and the ongoing massacres against civilians in the Gaza Strip.

We urge the international community and all global and international organizations to pressure the occupation to stop the genocide and end the waterfall of blood in the Gaza Strip.
