🚨 BREAKING: Following years of sustained pressure, the world's largest security company, G4S, has finally and completely divested from the zionist entity.

A major target of BDS, G4S global operations involve operating prisons worldwide and supplying services and security systems to the IOF and zionist police. Despite halting its operations with the zionist prison system in 2016, the company remained complicit in the occupation, continuing to provide security to zionist checkpoints, settlements, and companies such as Elbit.

Notably, G4S' parent company maintained a large stake in a zionist entity police training academy ("Policity"), from which G4S is now divesting. G4S' parent company maintained a 25% stake in the zionist entity's 230,000 meter squared police training city, not much smaller than Atlanta's massive "Cop City" where the zionist entity plans to host joint trainings with killer American police.

Despite the pullback, G4S maintains a significant and destructive global footprint. The divestment of this global oppressor appears at least partially rooted in concerns by the parent company's largest shareholders about the zionist occupation. However, it must be noted that G4S continues to function as a carceral and abusive entity globally. G4S should not be lauded for this divestment, and considering the litany of worker and humanitarian violations it promotes, the true victory will not come until the dismantlement of G4S itself.
