Dissociative identity disorder isn't real for the vast majority of online faglords that pretend to have it in their bio, it is only a pretend mental illness so they can larp out their destructive tendencies as other "personalities" only for them to play it off as it not actually being them. Anyone who pretends to have DID should unironically kill themselves.
