Ruses and Propaganda explain Trump's out-of-character comments.
Examples are taking the side of someone thought to be unscrupulous and promoting "vaccines" but using freedom to choose as a qualifier.
Propaganda is also referred to as PSYOPs. We are part of a PSYOP to wake up and see what the deep state is really doing, are all normal citizens.
Trump is pushing misleading info (propaganda, ususlly carefully worded) as part of a ruse (or ruses) to sway civilians and have the enemy make disastrous countermoves.

Propaganda that incites terror, rather it constitutes as terrorism via threats of violence, is prohibited (aka Law of War violation).
Is "Russia nuclear war, says US Intel" considered terror? Is "Covid wave this fall" terror? Seems there's a lot of violations going on, which allows for Retorsion or Reprisals.

Military Necessity justifies propaganda. It also justifies "incidental harms", such as adverse reactions from "vaccines" or bad people elected to office (short term).
Per Proportionality, the harms from this propaganda are weighed carefully, especially when the end result is world depopulation and cabal control of everything. It explains Trump's "qualifier" of recommending taking the "vaccine" BUT you have your freedoms.
If he didn't add that qualifier, he would have violated the Law of War in more ways than one. By having civilians choose, even though he knew it was dangerous, Trump and the military are essentially exempt from proportionality.

It seems pretty obvious that Trump is using ruses and propaganda from the get go, attempting to bait the deep state into a trap or traps. As simple as this all seems, understanding the technicals is important to know what is and what is not happening. What is permissible and prohibited in legal text narrows the possibilities to understanding the truth.

Fun fact about Finland:
Everyone in the country needs to "join the military" for 2 years. From what I remember, it's to give every citizen an ability to fight in case the country goes to war.
So when Finland is obligated to go to war with Russia per NATO cause "an attack on one is an attack on all", everyone is eligible for connoscription. This mirrors deep state propaganda of Russian connoscription. 🤔
Plus they can "see Russia fro. their house!" 😂 Shares a border so they'd be joining a "war" (actually a special operation) on the front lines of the war?! can't see this being popular with the citizenry.
