DoD Directive 3150.08 "DoD Response to U.S. Nuclear Weapon and Radiological Material Incidents"
A nuclear weapon incident is, as defined:
"An intentional act attempting damage, theft, unauthorized use, unauthorized movement, or loss of control of a nuclear weapon or nuclear weapon component involving suspected criminal or terrorist activity."
So if the FBI announces that this is what they were looking for...
