DoD Directive 3150.08 "DoD Response to U.S. Nuclear Weapon and Radiological Material Incidents"
A nuclear weapon incident is, as defined:
"An intentional act attempting damage, theft, unauthorized use, unauthorized movement, or loss of control of a nuclear weapon or nuclear weapon component involving suspected criminal or terrorist activity."
So if the FBI announces that this is what they were looking for...

DoDI 5025.01 "DoD Issuances Program" was changed on June 7, 2023
The change was administrative. It reassigned major responsibilities in the DoD.
Public Law 116-283 was passed on January 1, 2021. This is after election fraud but before Biden. After the fraudulent certification on January 6/7, the DoD puts out a memorandum 4 days later to implement and reestablish the Director of Administration & Management (DA&M) position.
