The High Court in the UK just agreed to hear the US Govs appeal in the extradition case against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, but on limited grounds.
They denied their right to challenge the mental health ruling that led to the original extradition denial.
Court dates have not been set yet and we are still waiting for Court approval on a cross appeal for the Defense.
This means right now, Julian is still effectively in legal limbo, incarcerated indefinitely while the US government seeks to exhaust an endless appeal process.
This is after it was revealed that that lead US informant is a sociopathic, criminal pedophile who was paid by the FBI to make up evidence.

I also saw the information that they saw and I understand why they made their original statements.
When they received new information they had the courage to issue public statements of apology.
That's about 1000x better than the entire corporate press.
Both of these gentlemen have put out a wealth of quality content covering election audits.
I commend them for their time and effort that they have put into this battle for our nation.
Ironically, they also did a great job of bringing awareness to the fact that the Arizona Audit is short on funds.
And we the people helped raise a lot of money over the last 24 hours!
So thank you gentlemen and I look forward to this all being water under the bridge on the road to nation wide election audits.

It is based off of a half-truth the DOJ is using to try and circumvent the UK Court's extradition denial. The real truth is that it is a conditional promise basically not to torture him right away, but leaves wide open the possibility of doing so at the CIAs whim.

We have walked a great distance, with more yet to go, but we do not walk alone. We have the company of one another along the way, a reminder that we are not all blind; that we do not all silently consent to the horrors we witness. Our numbers grow daily, not just here, but all over the world. There is a revolution coming, it is unavoidable. It does not need to be ugly and violent to be a revolution. The shape it takes, that is what we are deciding even now. As we fight daily for the transparency that provides peace. As we fight for a world we would want to live in, to raise our families in, to leave behind us.
We will win.

The equivalent of saying, 'we wont torture him immediately, but we retain the right to torture him if we want to later.'
To go further, below the highlighted section is their other false promise of incarcerating him overseas if they cannot convince the UK courts that the US prison system can keep him alive. Note that it is only an offer after he has exhausted the entire legal process and also he has to apply for it from within our broken system.
Both of these thinly veiled moves, are designed to circumvent the UK Courts ruling against extradition.
