The MSM story about Assange not being in a Supermax facility if extradited is false.
It is based off of a half-truth the DOJ is using to try and circumvent the UK Court's extradition denial. The real truth is that it is a conditional promise basically not to torture him right away, but leaves wide open the possibility of doing so at the CIAs whim.

This is why the MSM is suddenly mentioning him (although they still haven't acknowledged the reality of the case being built on thoroughly exposed lies, which the FBI's lead informant, an Icelandic pedophile [known as Siggy the Hacker], just gave an interview admitting). The same goes for the claims about incarcerating Julian in Australia instead (as though this is better, because maybe he cant commit suicide there, as the UK court undoubtedly thought he would if subjected to the US prison system's globally recognized barbarism).

Directly after the language stating their false offer to not impose SAMs on Assange, is a stipulation clarifying that they retain the right to do so if they want to.
The equivalent of saying, 'we wont torture him immediately, but we retain the right to torture him if we want to later.'
To go further, below the highlighted section is their other false promise of incarcerating him overseas if they cannot convince the UK courts that the US prison system can keep him alive. Note that it is only an offer after he has exhausted the entire legal process and also he has to apply for it from within our broken system.
Both of these thinly veiled moves, are designed to circumvent the UK Courts ruling against extradition.

These writers are often bad people who write whatever comes to their mind or fits their agenda. It has nothing to do with facts or reality.
