Hey friends..

March 23rd Executive Session HB1642-FN-L OPPOSE
- relative to lead testing in children
We are looking for an ITL recommendation (inexpedient to legislate) out of Committee
House Finance Committee will vote on what recommendation will move to the House.
1) EMAIL THE COMMITTEE: HouseFinanceCommittee@leg.state.nh.us
This bill establishes a blood lead level testing requirement for children entering day care and public schools, as well as reporting requirements for health care providers regarding the tests.
The Finance Subcommittee rejected the use of the school system to monitor and control parental behavior. The goal shifts to provide education on this matter. More detailed explanation at hfnh.org/bills.
March 24th Senate Session SB382 OPPOSE
- relative to telemedicine licensure
OPPOSE OTP, SUPPORT ITL (kill this bill!)
The full Senate will meet Thursday, this is one of the bills they will vote on.
1) CONTACT YOUR SENATOR to KILL this bill http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/senate/members/wml.aspx
When you contact your local Senator, let them know you are a CONSTITUENT (in email subject line or if you're calling them or leaving a message).
This EVIL bill would prohibit telemedicine from any practitioner not licensed in New Hampshire, which would cut-off effective Covid treatments for people who have been receiving them from out-of-state telemedicine doctors. More detailed explanation at hfnh.org/bills.
___________
hfnh.org/bills <--- we make it easier to follow/address these bills on our page
Some great strides were made last week with the House adopting so many of the bills we've been supporting. Strong work, friends! We've updated those details on the bills page and will provide more detail as they are scheduled for public Senate hearings.
We would like to clarify, regarding taking action on bills-
Registering your position on a bill using the House & Senate "sign-in" forms is ONLY for public hearings and is not enough. That one-minute form is not 'one & done bill activism'. We also need to contact Representatives and Senators, both individually and as full committees, depending on what stage we're at (we detail that on our bills page). We also need to show up for public hearings. We are following so many bills and each can be at a different step in the process.
More information on each bill can be found at: hfnh.org/bills and there are also links to learn more about the process. Email with any questions/concerns. tribe@hfnh.org.

Here is some critical eye-opening truth that spells out Covid vaccine fraud using a rational approach. This article should be widely shared: https://thefederalist.com/2022/03/22/cdc-tells-new-york-times-it-hid-covid-data-for-political-reasons/

CDC Tells New York Times It Hid Covid Data For Political Reasons
Selectively cherry-picking ‘The Science’ to suit a political narrative is not ‘Following the Science.’ It is malpractice and fraud.

Thank you to everyone who was willing to voice concerns on the nomination of Brian 'I hid 190 ballots and then lied about it' Shaughnessy, his nomination was defeated today.

Executive Council votes 4-1, to reject Brian Shaughnessy of Bedford to a circuit court judgeship. Councilor Ted Gatsas, R-Manchester, the only yes. @GovChrisSununu could bring back the pick for a 2nd vote once @NH_DOJ wraps up latest probe about Bedford ballot…

A little off -topic, but illustrates well why government shouldn't be involved in medicine:

Decades of cronyism-fueled terrible health recommendations from the government have left us fat, sick, and tired. Get the government out of medicine!

‼️✴️ SOS! The bill to prohibit mandatory masking in NH schools (HB 1131) has a hearing scheduled for this Wednesday, March 30 at 10 am! Mark your calendars. We need a LARGE crowd. It is very important the public shows up in person to support this bill. Either testify or simply sign in to support the bill in person. While the House is usually quite responsive to the will of the People, it takes more effort from the People to prevail in the Senate.

✴️‼️TELL THE SENATE TO HONOR THE DEAL‼️✴️
The Senate seems to be slow-walking the agreed upon State of Emergency reform measures that were negotiated as part of last year's budget negotiations. Please advance HB 275 as OTP to the Senate floor for a vote this week. I'm dismayed that this bill, which should have been fast-tracked for passage based on the budget deal, has been sitting idle in a Senate committee. The Senate and Governor agreed to this language in order to garner support from House Freedom Caucus members. It's time for the Senate to honor its side of the deal.

This is a really important bill, that amazingly would carve out an exemption allowing business ventures to create hospitals and other medical facilities that only accept direct payment, which would exempt them from federal COVID regulations and other potential federal overreach. Please Click here to register your disposition. Email the committee.
⭐️ 10 a.m.—SUPPORT—HB 1131, relative to facial covering policies for schools. This bill prohibits public schools from creating policies that force students or members of the public to wear masks.

COVID is ravaging the vaxxed
"Britain is now facing yet another wave of Covid infections and deaths - its fourth, or fifth, or sixth, depending on who’s counting.
...In reality Britain does not seem to have 'waves' of Covid anymore.
Even when new variants roll out, deaths no longer fall close to zero, as they did in 2020, before the mRNA shots were introduced - and as they still do in countries that did not use those jabs.
...Governments and scientific researchers need to stop trying to ignore or even hide the obvious crisis now unfolding. They need to stop pretending the answer is more rounds of boosters..."

We know not what we do
By July, 98 percent of British adults had coronavirus antibodies, mostly through vaccination. Yet 35,000 Britons since then have died of COVID. Nearly all were jabbed. Now cases are soaring again.

Industrial hygiene expert Stephen Petty just blew any misconceptions that masks work OUT OF THE WATER. The chair called his testimony some of the most compelling testimony the committee has heard. Please thank Rep. Melissa Blasek for asking him to come here today on behalf of New Hampshire children.

The only opposition to the bill to #unmaskNHkids were lobbyists (and a Democrat representative, who ironically represents Freedom, NH).
