‼️WE NEED YOU IN SENATE HEARINGS THIS WEEK!
Critical bills to
#unmaskNHkids and inject freedom into healthcare

WHEN:
Wednesday, March 30, 2022
WHERE: Senate Committee on Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs
State House, Room 100

⭐️ 9:45 a.m. —SUPPORT—HB 1044, relative to direct payment and membership-based health care facilities. This is a really important bill, that amazingly would carve out an exemption allowing business ventures to create hospitals and other medical facilities that only accept direct payment, which would exempt them from federal COVID regulations and other potential federal overreach. Please Click here to register your disposition. Email the committee.
⭐️ 10 a.m.—SUPPORT—HB 1131, relative to facial covering policies for schools. This bill prohibits public schools from creating policies that force students or members of the public to wear masks.

✉️ EMAIL THE COMMITTEE: Jeb.Bradley@leg.state.nh.us; James.Gray@leg.state.nh.us; Tom.Sherman@leg.state.nh.us; Becky.Whitley@leg.state.nh.us; Kevin.Avard@leg.state.nh.us; cameron.lapine@leg.state.nh.us
COVID is ravaging the vaxxed

"Britain is now facing yet another wave of Covid infections and deaths - its fourth, or fifth, or sixth, depending on who’s counting.

...In reality Britain does not seem to have 'waves' of Covid anymore.

Even when new variants roll out, deaths no longer fall close to zero, as they did in 2020, before the mRNA shots were introduced - and as they still do in countries that did not use those jabs.

...Governments and scientific researchers need to stop trying to ignore or even hide the obvious crisis now unfolding. They need to stop pretending the answer is more rounds of boosters..."

Industrial hygiene expert Stephen Petty just blew any misconceptions that masks work OUT OF THE WATER. The chair called his testimony some of the most compelling testimony the committee has heard. Please thank Rep. Melissa Blasek for asking him to come here today on behalf of New Hampshire children.

The only opposition to the bill to #unmaskNHkids were lobbyists (and a Democrat representative, who ironically represents Freedom, NH).

Thank you to all who came out in support. Some of you might be in the photo on the front page of the unionleader.

We Need YOU! Will you consider running for state office?

We've made great strides by ending the State of Emergency last year and passing several legal reforms to protect your liberty during a State of Emergency, or even during normal times. We've even accomplished significant pushback against authoritarian efforts to control your bodily autonomy to the point where we see government holding back from even more egregious attacks on your liberty that they might pursue at this time. We haven't gone far enough, and part of the reason is that our Legislature has a very slim margin of pro-liberty representatives and senators who actually care enough about your rights to fight for them, no matter what.

This is where you come in.

In order to make even stronger reforms to our laws and to prevent future abuses of authority, we need you to consider running for State Representative, State Senate, or Executive Council in your community and add your name to the ranks of the pro-liberty lawmakers and executives fighting for freedom in New Hampshire. Will you join the effort to defend New Hampshire liberty?

For questions or to discuss a potential candidacy, email @ReopenNH Treasurer JR Hoell at treasurer@rebuildnh.com.

Here is Stephen Petty's presentation on the ineffectiveness of masks, presented to the NH House Education Committee on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022. He gave this presentation to the N.H. SAMPLE MESSAGE:
I urge you to support HB 1131 to prevent the continued physical, psychological, and emotional abuse of New Hampshire children.

The masking of children has been one of the greatest tragedies of the anti-science COVID era. These policies were rooted in fear and have done monumental harm to our kids. While masks are not still mandated in most schools, the hysteria and misinformation used to justify their use is still an ever-present danger. It is unacceptable for school boards to demand that parents submit their children to abusive policies – especially, as you heard in this week's hearing, policies that are ineffective tools for disease prevention and have ZERO positive impact on public health.

The legislature must remove this harmful and ineffective "tool" from the school boards' toolboxes immediately, and the power over medical decisions must return to the parents where it belongs.

GOOD NEWS! HB275, the bill that would clarify that a Constitutional Republic is the natural condition of government and that both the House and Senate ought to have to vote to continue a State of Emergency, has finally been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate. Here are the details:

🗓 SENATE HEARING
9AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2022
State House, Room 103

⭐️ TAKE ACTION! ⭐️
✉️ EMAIL THE SENATE COMMITTEE
Sharon.Carson@leg.state.nh.us; John.Reagan111@gmail.com; Kevin.Cavanaugh@leg.state.nh.us; Denise.Ricciardi@leg.state.nh.us; Suzanne.Prentiss@leg.state.nh.us; chantell.wheeler@leg.state.nh.us

SAMPLE MESSAGE:
I support HB275, and I ask you to do so as well. The COVID era demonstrated the need to reform our state of emergency statute to clarify that a Constitutional Republic is the natural state of affairs in New Hampshire. The language of the current statute upholds a paradigm that State of Emergency is the natural condition of government and requires both the House and Senate to vote to end it. Instead, the legislature should be required to vote to retain an expiring State of Emergency – if a true emergency exists, the representatives of the People should be the ones to make that determination.

‼️Wednesday, APRIL 6, 2022 – It's STATEHOUSE DAY‼️

This Wednesday is a big day in the Senate for @ReopenNH priority bills – MANY of our bills have hearings on the same day. If you can, please attend in person. This is the day to take off from work to support state of emergency reform and health freedom legislation.

⭐️ HB 275, state of emergency reform
9AM, Senate Executive Departments and Administration
This is a must pass bill to ensure the unwieldily state of emergency we endured during the Covid pandemic can never happen again.

⭐️ Next, head over to Senate Health and Human Services to support a slew of health freedom bills including hospital visitations, off label prenoscription rights, prohibiting schools from mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, prohibiting government from mandates vaccines, and making the vaccine registry an opt-in program.

This is the day to have your voices heard and your faces seen. Likely, there will not be another day this year with so many top priority bills.

✴️‼️ALERT! ONE OF OUR SOE BILLS IS IN JEOPARDY!

We didn't realize that the Senate committees are exec'ing bills.... until we noticed that HB1425, one of our two State of Emergency bills (this one is relative to compensation for takings of private property during SOE), was voted 5-0 ITL (inexpedient to legislate) on CONSENT. Which means that unless a senator pulls it off for a vote, it will be killed by a single vote with a package of things (those on the consent calendar).

And to top it all off, Senate Judiciary started their executive session yesterday at 4:40... conducting business with their MICROPHONES TURNED OFF.

✉️ EMAIL the full Senate and ask them to pull HB 1425 OFF CONSENT and PASS THE BILL.
Erin.Hennessey@leg.state.nh.us, Bob.Giuda@leg.state.nh.us, Jeb.Bradley@leg.state.nh.us, David.Watters@leg.state.nh.us, Suzanne.Prentiss@leg.state.nh.us, James.Gray@leg.state.nh.us, Harold.French@leg.state.nh.us, Ruth.Ward@leg.state.nh.us, Denise.Ricciardi@leg.state.nh.us, Jay.Kahn@leg.state.nh.us, Gary.Daniels@leg.state.nh.us, Kevin.Avard@leg.state.nh.us, Cindy.Rosenwald@leg.state.nh.us, Sharon.Carson@leg.state.nh.us, Becky.Whitley@leg.state.nh.us, Kevin.Cavanaugh@leg.state.nh.us, John.Reagan111@gmail.com, Donna.Soucy@leg.state.nh.us, Regina.Birdsell@leg.state.nh.us, Lou.Dallesandro@leg.state.nh.us, Rebecca.PerkinsKwoka@leg.state.nh.us, Chuck.Morse@leg.state.nh.us, William.Gannon@leg.state.nh.us, Tom.Sherman@leg.state.nh.us

More on HB1425... CALL the Senate

HB1425, which the Senate Judiciary committee has recommended be KILLED, would modify the power of the governor and council to take private property during states of emergency and modifies the calculation of compensation paid for such takings.

Why is this important?
• This bill seeks to allow for fairer compensation when real property is taken by eminent domain during an emergency. While we generally view such takings as abhorrent, to the extent they occur, it should be rare and individuals should be fairly compensated for both the property as well as loss of use and other indirect costs associated with the seizure.
• This bill gives the owner the right of first refusal to purchase the property back in the event that the property should be put up for sale, helping to reduce the risk of takings during an emergency being used to circumvent the protections in the New Hampshire Constitution Part 1, [Art.] 12-a. "[Power to Take Property Limited.] No part of a person's property shall be taken by eminent domain and transferred, directly or indirectly, to another person if the taking is for the purpose of private development

👉 We need you to make calls calls today!
Call the Governor's office and the Senate and tell them to save HB 1425 by removing it from the consent calendar and passing it. Also remind them that we are watching them and expect that the Senate and the Governor will honor their deal regarding HB 275.

Governor's office: 603-271-2121
Senate Office: 603-271-2111
Sen. Sharon Carson, Judiciary Chairman: 603-271-1403
