Attached is the SB-155 FN proposed amendment text specifying the ban on COVID passports.

"It is the policy of the State of New Hampshire to safeguard medical privacy and liberty, which includes protecting the public from coercive COVID-19 vaccination. It is the policy of the State of New Hampshire to prohibit all forms of discrimination. This section is intended to further these policies..."
SNHU has joined the ranks of universities trying to coerce the experimental "vaccine" on the population <https://www.snhu.edu/about-us/covid-19>, and here are a few ideas on how to fight back:

1) Hire an attorney. IMPORTANT: It is illegal to require a non-FDA approved "vaccine," and so the school is breaking the law by doing this. Even if you just get an attorney to send a letter to the school, it may cause them to back off.
a) You may try to contact the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) at whistleblower@icandecide.org or info@icandecide.org or call 512-522-8739 for help from their attorneys who are working on this type of issue.
b) Locally, attorney Robert Fojo rfojo@fojolaw.com has been working on similar cases.
c) Thomas McLeod, chairman of the Liberty Defense Fund of NH (LDFNH), chair@ldfnh.org, may have additional ideas.
2) It would appear that there is a religious exemption to the requirement. Ask any attending students to write a letter indicating they have "a religious exemption." No further detail is needed. I can tell you that vaccination in its present form is against my own Christian religion, and I have letters prepared that I could write to people who attend my church, but if your student is not religious, you should note that religion is broadly defined as "a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith," according to Merriam-Webster. Anyone who objects to vaccination on the grounds that it is dangerous and/or unproven can be said to be involved in a cause or principles held with ardor.

Please let us know if you have any other thoughts. Hopefully this helps.

Chief among our concerns is keeping the emergency powers reforms in the budget. This article gives a good rundown of what is going on in Concord, and you’ll note our issue is highlighted: https://patch.com/new-hampshire/londonderry/s/hjdyp/distant-dome-now-is-the-time-to-tell-nh-lawmakers-what-to-do?utm_term=article-slot-1&utm_source=newsletter-daily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=newsletter

Don’t miss the headline: Now is the time to tell our lawmakers what to do. Let them know to keep emergency reforms in the budget!
Here is some critical preliminary information out yesterday relative to observation of interactions with people who have taken one of the three COVID-19 injections. We should all be asking the questions asked here: https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.org/action-alerts/identifying-post-vaccination-complications-their-causes-an-analysis-of-covid-19-patient-data
Thank you all for contributing to themaskmap.com – so many more reviews in there now! Very encouraging to see how free faced places dominate NH. Keep it up, folks!
Why do we care If people are outdoors with masks? We care because there's danger in mass delusion. A must read from a fellow patriot:

Edited: According to Londonderry town council chairman, they are NOT considering a mask mandate. If you live in Londonderry, you may want to instead email the town council and ask them to lift mask requirements in town offices.

"Most people are relatively indifferent to politics and see it as a small part of their lives, yet a small percentage of the population takes it very seriously and makes it part of its identity. Those people will tend to punch above their weight in influence, and institutions will be more responsive to them.

...In an evenly divided country, if one side simply cares more, it’s going to exert a disproportionate influence on all institutions, and be more likely to see its preferences enacted in the time between elections when most people aren’t paying much attention."

The Left just CARES MORE about politics, and puts in more effort outside of elections. So here is the crossroads:

"[Conservatives will] have to reconcile themselves to continue to lose the culture into the foreseeable future, at least until they are able to inspire a critical mass to do more than just vote its preferences."
ReopenNH endorsed Rep. Leah Cushman outlines the NH vaccine database and how you are being tracked.

"I urge all Granite Staters who wish not to have their health records tracked by the government to opt-out and call on lawmakers to fix this unconstitutional system."

Here's case fatality rate (CFR) for NH as of yesterday. This is just the fatality percentages among KNOWN CASES. Infection fatality rate (IFR) is unknown because it would include all undiagnosed cases (which is unknown). But you can be sure it is MUCH lower than these CFR numbers. So we are basically confirming what we already know: COVID kills old people in nursing homes. Everyone else should get back to life as usual. NO MORE FEAR.

Unions are affecting school policies at a local level too.

"But researchers concluded the more restrictive a union’s collective bargaining agreement, the lower the likelihood of “ever” resuming in-person schooling. This kind of structural power shows that unions can directly affect school boards – to a greater degree than parents."

Public Hearing Thursday on Court Nominee
Can We Keep Dan Will from the Superior Court Bench?

The hearing for Gov. Chris Sununu's problematic N.H. Superior Court nominee Dan Will is coming up this Thursday, and we need to remind the Executive Council not to support this nominee before they meet.

Here is the history: N.H. Solicitor General Daniel Will wrote the Binford Objection, which led to the N.H. Superior Court decision stating that the governor has the authority to "suspend the constitution" during a State of Emergency. Dan Will has been nominated to sit on this same court, making the court an even bigger constitutional threat.

Clearly, we must prevent Dan Will from taking residence on the N.H. Superior Court bench for 20 years. Please call and email all five of the executive councilors and tell them we need our judges defending the constitution, not undermining it. Ask them to say "no" to Dan Will's nomination and urge the governor to find nominees that respect our rights.

Update: Bill to Ban Vaccine Passport
The House Executive Departments and Administration Committee is still working on an amendment to SB 155 that would ban a vaccine passport, and its prospects are looking promising. Behind the scenes, our people are working on language that would strengthen religious and medical exemptions for employees to decline a vaccination they don't want.

It's important to note that your efforts helped Senators amend SB 155 into language that we can support. So thank you for that! We wanted to let you know that we support the underlying legislation as a result. Also, most of our people on the House committee and in the House are supporting this effort, but there are a few holdouts who think that government shouldn't get involved with preventing this gross violation of individual liberty. Here's some thoughts to share with them that may change their mind.

Would you please email the N.H. House Executive Departments and Administration committee and ask them to support adding an amendment to SB 155 that bans vaccine passports. Also, please email committee member John Sytek, a holdout representative from Salem, or call him at 603-893-8889, and explain to him how important this amendment is to protecting our way of life.
